Food tastes very good. So far we have always been satisfied.

Portions are getting smaller and smaller unfortunately, otherwise the food tastes good. It's very commendable that there is tea 👌

The kebab was super tasty! Only the parsley was a bit annoying. The fries were very crunchy and there was a generous portion of mayo. The tzatziki is excellent!

Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing experience. We ordered 2 lahmacun and waited almost an hour. Instead, we were delivered completely wrong food, and with hot sauce... via Lieferando. It wasn't possible to contact the restaurant via the app, so we had to look up the number on the internet. Then the chaos really started: Nobody there spoke German. We tried to explain that we placed an order and got the wrong food, but the person on the phone didn't seem to understand anything and just kept saying 'yes, yes, you can order from us, would you like to order, yes?' . In the end we only got our real food in an hour. Why can't I just ask for my food at a restaurant in Germany in the local language??? The employees work in customer service, live in Germany and should at least be able to understand the language in order to communicate with customers. That's really the least you can expect.
