Last Sunday, I nibbled here for the first time. I noticed that there's a wide selection of dishes.
I opted for a pide with white cheese and salad. After ordering, I had to wait a while. I took that as a good sign, and the pide was indeed very, very tasty. This was mainly due to the fact that the dough was both fresh and thinly rolled out. The salad was equally crunchy, albeit with a touch too much onion for me (I'm not an onion fan).
The hatch for returning dishes could have been cleared better, especially since I wasn't there during one of the usual "peak" times.
To sum it up: I'd be happy to go back at the next opportunity!
I ordered through Lieferando and can highly recommend the place. Ordered a large doner kebab and a dürüm (dish-fried kebab). There was more than enough meat in it, great pepperoni, and the vegetables were well-distributed. The bread was crispy, and the meat had a pleasant, well-cooked, smoky flavor.
Currently my number 1 in Duisburg!
Far too expensive for a small pizza with a thirst quencher.
And the pizza was smaller than expected, so there was play in the pizza box.
Now that I ordered fries for my son.
After eating half of it, he vomited.
Apparently used frying oil from 2 weeks ago.
Such places need to be more inspected by the health department.
I won't go there anymore...
We called in to the company with a few colleagues. Of the 6 dishes we ordered, 2 were wrong, in 1 the meat was full of gristle and in 2 the chicken smelled.
So 3 kebab plates were thrown away.
Never again!
Previously great, now a flop.
Unfortunately, I agree with the previous speakers.
The previous owner was always friendly and had the best police team in the area.
Unfortunately, with the change of ownership the quality has declined significantly.
Unfortunately, it is absolutely incomprehensible to me that the good reviews from the previous owner could simply be adopted.
Sometimes no meat after 9:00 PM (outside of Ramadan).
The quantity and quality of the meat leave a lot to be desired.
The interior is also quite poor, not inviting to eat in.
The sauces are ready-made—at least that's what the three taste like. Additionally, there's no homemade bread on site.
I seriously wonder if the people who give this place really good reviews have ever eaten a real kebab.
