It usually tastes good, but just don't order it over the phone. I originally wanted to pre-order something and then pick it up in the store a few minutes later. Apparently no pre-orders are possible because there is a lot going on (isn't it more practical, especially when there is a lot of traffic, if you can plan your orders in advance?).
