If I had received information that it was delayed or if someone had answered the phone, there wouldn't have been any problems. Also a bit dubious when the delivery driver says that there is a system problem, while the manager claims that there is a lot going on. If the 15 minute drive is too much for you, then reduce the delivery radius.
