Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen – nicht nur wegen des ausgezeichneten Essens, sondern vor allem wegen des großartigen Services. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Herrn Alaa für seine Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und Höflichkeit. Seine positive Art macht den Besuch jedes Mal zu etwas Besonderem. Menschen wie er sorgen dafür, dass man immer wieder gerne zurückkommt!

Wenn man in den Laden geht und bestellt - passt meistens alles. Hab aber grade online bestellt… 10€ für einen Dürüm ist ja ansich schon heftig, dann war aber bei keinem von beiden mehr als 20g Fleisch drin. Sowas geht absolut garnicht. Es heißt ja nicht Gemüse Dürüm.

Das beste Döner, das ich bisher in Deutschland gegessen habe. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Fleisch ist nicht durch, kannst du Döner nicht essen.

Die Preise sind mittlerweile leider zu hoch. Vor nicht allzu langer Zeit hat ein Döner oder Dürüm noch etwa 7 Euro gekostet. Man bekommt hier zwar ein ordentliches Produkt, aber bei knapp 10 Euro koche ich dann doch lieber wieder selbst.

❌❌❌❌❌Ich habe mir gestern kurz vor Ladenschluss eine Kaltzone geholt ein riesiger Fehler. Kurz nach dem Essen bekam ich extreme Magenkrämpfe und musste mich mehrfach übergeben. So etwas habe ich selten erlebt. Für mich wirkt es, als würden dort alte oder verdorbene Lebensmittel verkauft. Absolut widerlich. Ich werde diesen Laden nie wieder betreten und kann nur jedem dringend abraten, dort zu essen, wenn euch eure Gesundheit wichtig ist.kreuz❌❌❌❌❌

Ich hab extra ohne schinken und alles gesagt und da liegt 1 kilo reste und jch bin noch ein gläubiger moslem und hab dan sowas bekommen Einfach nur respektlos

Döner und Pizzaqualität hat stark nachgelassen im Vergleich zu früher.

Ich kann dieses Lokal absolut nicht empfehlen. Der Service ist unverschämt und widerlich. Ich ging hinein, bestellte Mittagessen, bat um einen Tisch und wurde nicht einmal in Ruhe essen gelassen. Man sagte mir, ich müsse gehen, weil eine Gruppe meinen Tisch brauche und ich deshalb gehen müsse, ohne mein Essen beendet zu haben. Außerdem war das Essen nicht richtig zubereitet. Ich rate dringend von diesem Lokal ab.

Netter Wirt, das Essen ist top und günstig auch noch - was will man mehr? Würde jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll – so katastrophal war unser Essen. Eine derart schlechte Fleischqualität habe ich selten erlebt; bei nahezu jedem Bissen stieß man auf Knorpel. Der Tomatensalat für über 8 Euro setzte dem Ganzen die Krone auf. Laut Beschreibung sollte er mit Zwiebeln und Balsamico-Dressing serviert werden – beides war nicht vorhanden. Stattdessen wurden geschmacksarme Tomaten serviert, deren Warenwert gefühlt bei 50 Cent lag. Das empfand ich als absolute Enttäuschung. In Zukunft werden wir um dieses Lokal einen großen Bogen machen.

Einfach Widerlich. Rohes Fleisch, Geschmacklich Katastrophe. Schlechtester Dürum jemals. Und dass was danach kommt wissen wir alle. Bauchkrämpfe uuu. Nie wieder

Unsere Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant: Wir waren hier essen, und für uns war der Ablauf danach mehr als eindeutig. Noch am selben Abend bekam meine Freundin starke Bauchkrämpfe und musste sich übergeben, und mir selbst ging es richtig schlecht mit heftiger Übelkeit. Für uns persönlich stand der Zusammenhang mit dem Essen absolut im Vordergrund – wir hatten vorher keinerlei Beschwerden, und die Symptome traten direkt nach der Mahlzeit auf. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung fühlen wir uns gesundheitlich durch den Besuch gefährdet und werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen. Aus unserer Sicht ist hier größte Vorsicht geboten.

First, you're happy about the large portions, the fast service, and ultimately the well-seasoned meat and side dishes. But last night, we had to abandon our meal halfway through. After we had to pull RAW POULTRY out of our kebab... And after a sleepless night on the toilet with cramps, I decided to write this review as a warning. Oh, and the health department will, of course, be informed.

Unfortunately, the doner kebab isn't as good anymore. The meat was a bit gristly, and there was barely any lettuce on it. Not good for the price (which is why I'm only giving it one star). The doner kebab was much better before I took delivery. Since my special requests weren't taken into account when ordering, I also have to deduct points for the service. Delivery time, however, was relatively quick, and the driver was very friendly.

Unfortunately disappointing – no longer our regular haunt We were regular customers for years and always happily recommended the shop. But on our last visit, we were bitterly disappointed. The atmosphere in the shop was noticeably tense – no greeting, no eye contact, no friendliness. It took another employee to even alert the colleagues behind the counter to us. Overall, the treatment was very rude and uninviting – as a paying customer, you feel unfortunately out of place. Particularly annoying: an ayran for €2.20 is now really just cheeky. The value for money is no longer there, and the once friendly atmosphere is apparently a thing of the past. It's a real shame – we'll be looking for an alternative in the future.

It's getting a bit more expensive, but the Edessa Königsbrunn was known for being good, fast, and reliable...ordering always works...though I don't know what's been going on lately...today we both got diarrhea!! Unfortunately, the doner meat is no longer crispy, there's no sesame on the bread...the seasoning is also much worse than before. Overall, unfortunately, many dishes have become relatively tasteless...and then there are few!!...strange...the doner sandwich and ice cream were really amazing!! ...Even when you get there, you get the feeling that everything is somehow dirtier than before...

Great food and outstanding service – definitely recommend it! The team is very friendly, delivery is fast and reliable, and the service on site is fantastic. The food always tastes excellent – ​​we'll be happy to come back!

I find it extremely disturbing when people tell you you'll get a women's kebab as soon as you order a vegetarian dürüm. It wasn't funny at the time, but simply a catchphrase for the type of product. The dürüm was also only sparsely filled. All in all, there are much better alternatives for this price. I wouldn't go there again.

I went into the store today with two full time cards, and the manager refused both of them. His reason: "The store owner has changed, and we no longer accept the old cards." In my opinion, anyone who takes over the store name upon purchase should also take over the old regular customers and their time cards. He then offered me new time cards, which I politely declined and left. The old store manager would never have done that. What a shame about the change and the pointless time cards.

The menu is clear, and service is always prompt. Prices are reasonable, too. My girlfriend and I go here occasionally. Unfortunately, the processed meat has always given me stomach problems, so we don't go there anymore.

We had meat prepared for a family celebration. I highly recommend it; it was incredibly delicious and plentiful for the price. The bread was freshly baked. Very, very tasty, just as we've come to expect from a kebab. We'd be happy to go again.

We often pick up food, which is always good! We can rely on that. But today we ordered delivery, and I was really impressed! First of all, the delivery person arrived exactly on time, at the time we ordered. And then the food: the fries were crispy and hot, as if they had just come out of the fryer. That's rather unusual for delivery fries. And the rest was simply delicious, as always! When we pick up food locally, no one has ever been unfriendly to us! Quite the opposite. Always in a good mood, super friendly, fast, and with a smile on their face. And the prices are more than reasonable!

The food is really okay. We always pick up because the atmosphere isn't great. The friendliness sometimes leaves something to be desired.

Rude, chaotic, and disrespectful. I wanted to order a pizza, but was simply told "it's in the back" – without any explanation. No sign, no instructions, no one there. Instead of getting help, I was insulted from behind. The store looks run-down, everything is totally disorganized. You don't treat customers like that. I'm definitely never coming back.

The nice gentleman who makes the arrangements completely transforms the dining experience. Top-notch service and an experience like being in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Date: May 18, 2025 I was there shortly before closing time. I was told I was no longer allowed to eat in the restaurant. I offered to take the food to go, but an employee rudely said he didn't have time to sell me anything. Very unfriendly.

Order for party, 4 x party pizzas. Costs 99.60 & 5 euros tip. According to the internet and flyer, 10% discount on orders over 80 euros. For delivery and on-site visits it was 10% only for “business parties” It's a shame we've been going there for years and everything was always OK. Something has changed here, unfortunately worse. This is not how you should treat old regular customers. I will now go somewhere else and order somewhere else.

I ordered by phone. My number and name were spelled out and noted by the employee. After 1 hour I called and was told that my name was not written down and therefore it will not be delivered. I didn't even get a call. This is the bottom drawer! I've never experienced anything like this!

Nowhere else in Augsburg does EVERY food taste great... this shop is known for its kebab... it's hard to keep up with that... great kebab, really classic and juicy! You really exaggerate bad things.. if you want ambience etc. you should go to an overpriced ambience restaurant.. it definitely tastes good here!!!

The first two times my sister and I were very happy with our Dürüms. Plenty of toppings, sauce and meat super aromatic. Last week I was at Edessa with my husband before the cinema release. We ordered Dürüm and a kebab plate. Dürüm should be without tomatoes and onions due to intolerances. I asked for extra sauce. When the order was placed at the counter by the waitress, the employees made fun of the tomato-onion theme and joked about it. At this point I would recommend that the employees avoid using German words if they want to gossip and insult non-Turkish guests... The fact that they looked at us the whole time and laughed disgustingly was the final confirmation that we were meant are... I just felt uncomfortable and would have liked to leave... Then came the courts. The kebab plate looked very nice and my husband liked it. My Dürüm (just a reminder: without tomato, onion but with a lot of sauce) was dry, I didn't find much sauce, but I did find a lot of tomato slices... After the employees had been so rude beforehand and I didn't feel like I was being taken seriously, I didn't dare say anything... My husband had enough to eat for that. Movie night was really fun - not. I think it's a shame, because the first two times the food was incredibly good...

I got two kebab dürüm, one spicy, the other normal, it was great,😋😋 I think the price at €7.50 per dürüm is normal, it's like a normal lunch 🤔. Go to MC Kotz, you won't get full for the price and your stomach will turn afterwards 🥴🥴

We always get doner dürum here. I think this is the best one far and wide.

Unfortunately I had the worst Hawaiian pizza of my life. Apart from cheese, no taste (and even that had no taste), pineapple and ham only discovered by chance under the cheese. Unfortunately, pizza is no longer available here.

I specifically called and asked if there were rice noodles in the rice! (Because of my wheat allergy) and I was told there are none in it! Well, there were some in there! I think it's a shame and that makes you ignorant! That doesn't work! Imagine this is an allergy! And that's not funny! That's why I won't order from you anymore! That was the last time! It would have been a disadvantage for me! And all you had to do was look at the counter! You can see it!!!!

Hello, the food used to be very good. But I ordered twice, the first delivery gave me food poisoning after eating it and the second delivery gave me a burnt pizza that I couldn't eat either. My conclusion, no more ordering, no more food from EDESA. I cannot recommend this kebab shop.
