I went into the store today with two full time cards, and the manager refused both of them. His reason: "The store owner has changed, and we no longer accept the old cards." In my opinion, anyone who takes over the store name upon purchase should also take over the old regular customers and their time cards. He then offered me new time cards, which I politely declined and left. The old store manager would never have done that. What a shame about the change and the pointless time cards.

The menu is clear, and service is always prompt. Prices are reasonable, too. My girlfriend and I go here occasionally. Unfortunately, the processed meat has always given me stomach problems, so we don't go there anymore.

We had meat prepared for a family celebration. I highly recommend it; it was incredibly delicious and plentiful for the price. The bread was freshly baked. Very, very tasty, just as we've come to expect from a kebab. We'd be happy to go again.

We often pick up food, which is always good! We can rely on that. But today we ordered delivery, and I was really impressed! First of all, the delivery person arrived exactly on time, at the time we ordered. And then the food: the fries were crispy and hot, as if they had just come out of the fryer. That's rather unusual for delivery fries. And the rest was simply delicious, as always! When we pick up food locally, no one has ever been unfriendly to us! Quite the opposite. Always in a good mood, super friendly, fast, and with a smile on their face. And the prices are more than reasonable!

The food is really okay. We always pick up because the atmosphere isn't great. The friendliness sometimes leaves something to be desired.

Mediocre kebab. If you're hungry enough, you'd probably think it's tasty somewhere :)

Rude, chaotic, and disrespectful. I wanted to order a pizza, but was simply told "it's in the back" – without any explanation. No sign, no instructions, no one there. Instead of getting help, I was insulted from behind. The store looks run-down, everything is totally disorganized. You don't treat customers like that. I'm definitely never coming back.

The nice gentleman who makes the arrangements completely transforms the dining experience. Top-notch service and an experience like being in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Date: May 18, 2025 I was there shortly before closing time. I was told I was no longer allowed to eat in the restaurant. I offered to take the food to go, but an employee rudely said he didn't have time to sell me anything. Very unfriendly.

We waited so long for our order. We ordered from the table, and he came back to take our order. Disappointment. What a pity.

Order for party, 4 x party pizzas. Costs 99.60 & 5 euros tip. According to the internet and flyer, 10% discount on orders over 80 euros. For delivery and on-site visits it was 10% only for “business parties” It's a shame we've been going there for years and everything was always OK. Something has changed here, unfortunately worse. This is not how you should treat old regular customers. I will now go somewhere else and order somewhere else.

I ordered by phone. My number and name were spelled out and noted by the employee. After 1 hour I called and was told that my name was not written down and therefore it will not be delivered. I didn't even get a call. This is the bottom drawer! I've never experienced anything like this!

Nowhere else in Augsburg does EVERY food taste great... this shop is known for its kebab... it's hard to keep up with that... great kebab, really classic and juicy! You really exaggerate bad things.. if you want ambience etc. you should go to an overpriced ambience restaurant.. it definitely tastes good here!!!

The first two times my sister and I were very happy with our Dürüms. Plenty of toppings, sauce and meat super aromatic. Last week I was at Edessa with my husband before the cinema release. We ordered Dürüm and a kebab plate. Dürüm should be without tomatoes and onions due to intolerances. I asked for extra sauce. When the order was placed at the counter by the waitress, the employees made fun of the tomato-onion theme and joked about it. At this point I would recommend that the employees avoid using German words if they want to gossip and insult non-Turkish guests... The fact that they looked at us the whole time and laughed disgustingly was the final confirmation that we were meant are... I just felt uncomfortable and would have liked to leave... Then came the courts. The kebab plate looked very nice and my husband liked it. My Dürüm (just a reminder: without tomato, onion but with a lot of sauce) was dry, I didn't find much sauce, but I did find a lot of tomato slices... After the employees had been so rude beforehand and I didn't feel like I was being taken seriously, I didn't dare say anything... My husband had enough to eat for that. Movie night was really fun - not. I think it's a shame, because the first two times the food was incredibly good...

My highlight is the Carlzone Edessa

I got two kebab dürüm, one spicy, the other normal, it was great,😋😋 I think the price at €7.50 per dürüm is normal, it's like a normal lunch 🤔. Go to MC Kotz, you won't get full for the price and your stomach will turn afterwards 🥴🥴

We always get doner dürum here. I think this is the best one far and wide.

Unfortunately I had the worst Hawaiian pizza of my life. Apart from cheese, no taste (and even that had no taste), pineapple and ham only discovered by chance under the cheese. Unfortunately, pizza is no longer available here.

I specifically called and asked if there were rice noodles in the rice! (Because of my wheat allergy) and I was told there are none in it! Well, there were some in there! I think it's a shame and that makes you ignorant! That doesn't work! Imagine this is an allergy! And that's not funny! That's why I won't order from you anymore! That was the last time! It would have been a disadvantage for me! And all you had to do was look at the counter! You can see it!!!!

Hello, the food used to be very good. But I ordered twice, the first delivery gave me food poisoning after eating it and the second delivery gave me a burnt pizza that I couldn't eat either. My conclusion, no more ordering, no more food from EDESA. I cannot recommend this kebab shop.

It is really a very successful place, the presentation of the food, the flavour and most importantly the interest of the staff was great. From now on, it will be a restaurant where I will go often with my family.

When the tender meat of the kebab meat coats my palate, my body releases endorphins that I could never dream of. In contrast to the Augsburg competition, this is the only kebab that knows how to use its salt appropriately. The meat is well seasoned, but not too salty. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy The bread tastes like it was baked in a stone oven in the evening sun of Antalya. The staff are as nice and accommodating as friends and make every stay an experience.

Unfortunately the quality has changed very negatively. Out of 10 orders, maybe two are OK. Either the kebab bread is dripping with fat or you end up with an almost charred bun. The last time I ordered, the kebab tasted absolutely nothing like anything, which is inexplicable to me.

When we get a kebab, 99% of the time it's here. It's always delicious and the staff is very friendly. When ordering over the phone, you should only expressly emphasize what special requests you have (e.g. yoghurt sauce instead of the normal sauce), otherwise misunderstandings can arise. I recommend ordering food to be picked up as the inside is right near the kitchen and therefore creates a commotion while eating. Otherwise, I can highly recommend the kebab shop. .

Food is very tasty. A typical shop with Turkish music, friendly staff and even table service. The boss is almost always in the business himself and knows and greets his regular customers. We recommend.

War ca. 5 mal hier, geschmacklich ok, wobei die Qualität der Fladenbrote und des Dönerfleisches sehr schwanken. Ein Pluspunkt die Fertig-Falafel schmecken gut und es gibt bunten Salat. <-- diese Bewertung ist 10 Monste alt. UPDATE Bei meinem letzten Besuch (09.11.2023), war das Fleisch wirklich gut und das Lahmacun insgesamt ein Genuss. Die Bewertung wurde verbessert.

Wir bestellen eigentlich nur noch beim Edessa wenn wir Pizza oder Döner essen wollen. Super Pizza und lecker Döner, ist immer noch sehr warm wenn es geliefert wird. Qualität ist 1a. Die Lieferfahrer /innen sind durch die Bank alle sehr nett. Weiter so liebes Edessa Team.

Wer einen wirklich guten Döner sucht ist hier richtig. Vor allem da es in Bayern nur wenige wirklich gute Dönerläden gibt. Wir hatten eine kurze Wartezeit auf Grund der vielen Anrufe, aber das ist das kleinste Problem.

Ausgesprochen lecker, sowohl der Döner als auch die Salatbox, die ich heute geholt hab. Preis Leistung Top. Trotz Stress und Vollgas, sehr freundlich. War zum ersten Mal, aber bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

The best kebab so far in my life !!! To sum up : amazing and tasty chicken kebab served generously in a perfectly baked bread with a little veggies, tzatziki and feta. It felt like heaven each bite ! And the owners are very kind ! Definitely worth the money if you are in the neighborhood. Good to know : cash only

Es wird zwar auch immer etwas teurer, aber das Edessa Königsbrunn ist bekannt gut, schnell und zuverlässig....bestellung funktioniert immer .... insbesondere der döner Sandwich und iskennder ist wirklich eine wucht ...auch vor Ort sind die Leute sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend...
