I ordered a Yufka kebab and lahmacun
Both great. But above all, the chicken is mega mega mega delicious!!!
Based on my experience, I can't understand why the food is bad. Well, it was probably just a coincidence.
Unfortunately not a nice experience. Waited a long time, bad taste. Half of the kebab was torn apart. Meat tastes like the cheapest industrial product.
Incredibly rude employees along with prices and unequal rights. I often shopped at this snack bar and was happy with the food. But today it was just inhumane. A friend got a normal burger and fries for a whopping €9!! The burger only had mayonnaise and ketchup on it (nothing special) fries are limp and employees were not accommodating. You could have made 3 burgers yourself with these 9€! What else needs to be mentioned is that a salami pizza normally costs €8.50, but today we saw a man next to us who got 2 pizzas for that price or for half the price. Just disgusting!
Kardelen Kebap in Dettingen has delicious and classic kebab.
We stopped here because they offer a better beef skewer (many in the area only have plain minced skewers) as well as chicken.
The kebab costs 8 euros (March 2025), which is not a small amount, but the portion will fill you up. The meat is delicious and well seasoned, as is the salad, and it's fresh too. Homemade flatbread. We tried beef and chicken, both good.
Overall, you can say that the operator makes sure that the kebab tastes good, which is definitely an advantage compared to many run-of-the-mill kebabs. It's all well seasoned.
One complaint is that when we visited there was only a white sauce and it wasn't really spicy. A red sauce and really spicy would be nice. The powder had no spiciness for us. Beef naturally fills you up more. Overall, a solid kebab, but there is room for improvement.
Centrally located, easily accessible and parking spaces in front of the door. Enough seats inside. Staff was friendly.
However, we can't understand some of the pricing, for example if you were to order a kebab box with just salad, it would cost 8.50... I actually thought about discounting the price of 8 euros for the kebab, but these are now normal prices even in the country, even if one or two kebabs can be had even cheaper. However, I would not see a further increase here and would significantly downgrade it.
The kebab is not perfect, but as a classic kebab in a rural area it is very decent, and there are also 2 skewers.
I am from India, I had to wait for 3 hrs at station and wanted to eat Vegetarian food.
At 1:30 AM, the people here were so welcoming, so warm and helpful. They helped me choose all ingredients… The food was super delicious. They went above and beyond to help me warm the food packet that I brought.
This warm service deserves everything ❤️
Finally a really good kebab shop in the area. Absolutely recommended from the meat to the sauces. Currently (as of March 2025) delicious Yaprak meat is also on offer.
