The food is really delicious and served spectacularly. What the store unfortunately doesn't have at all under control is the service staff. On our last visit 2 weeks ago, we weren't served at all and had to threaten to leave again before one of the waiters served us on a temporary basis because the waiter in whose area we were obviously didn't want to. Yesterday we had to tell the waitress every time that the drinks had been on the bar for 10 minutes and that we might like to have them sometime before they had completely evaporated. Plus, waiting for a good hour for food is too long for a store where the price is €85 for two. The PhoBo soup is really great and the "myGeisha Selections" are also very tasty, but "New creations every day based on the chef's recommendations, imaginatively prepared for you." They're not, because I've had them three times now and they're not new every day, they were absolutely the same three times.
