We were there for dinner and were warmly welcomed. The location on the 1st floor is beautifully decorated. After a few language barriers with the waitress (which we don't consider to be a problem), the drinks arrived after about 15 minutes and the Pink Lady after another 7 minutes. After we ordered the food and received the drinks, we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for the first meal. We did not receive an apology/information from service for this. In addition, despite the drinks being empty, we were not asked if we could get new ones. After 1 hour a soup came and after 1 hour 10 minutes (from ordering) 2 burgers and 2 salads came. 5 minutes later the night burger + salad arrived. After another 10 minutes the last main course arrived. So there was a difference of over 15 minutes between the first and last meal, which is a shame after such a long wait. The wooden board as a base for the burger is nice, but completely unsuitable for eating. Unfortunately, the burger was relatively dry and could have improved significantly in terms of taste. The prices were advertised and we were aware of them, but you would expect a little more for: €18.60 (burger only) + €1.40 (only 1 cheese) + €4.80 (small handful of small potatoes). We told the shift manager everything, but unfortunately she didn't give us the feeling that she was really listening to us. Since the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was nice and the pumpkin soup and pumpkin spaghetti were delicious, we give it 3/5 stars. Best regards
