As in all Sushi Friends stores, the food is first class and very tasty. But unfortunately the service still has a lot of room for improvement. We had to wait almost half an hour for our sushi and the packing and billing could also be improved. It also took a very long time. It is also very small and there are few seats and it was very cold because both doors were open

We always enjoyed going to Koko Sushi, but today we left there really annoyed... The menu is available as a QR code to scan and, if desired, also in paper form - the prices on it vary greatly. But it goes even further... There's one thing on the menu, but you're served something completely different. When asked, the answer was “Yes, the description on the menu was wrong”. However, the descriptions are the same for both menus. The service was so semi-friendly and didn't show up after we asked. We had to go to the front to pay. What's that supposed to mean?

DON’T BOTHER! False advertisement. The mango chilly 'dip' is poured all over the food, (both meals- separate dishes)Which is also in the SAME box as my partners order. She is SEVERELY allergic to mango. We have spoken to the restaurant and they are arguing with us, saying they won't replace the items in the box despite the allergy factors. I said it isn't legal to mix all the foods, let alone with a sauce that is supposed to be in a separate container, that is now all over someone else’s meal too. They said the tiny pieces of fake grass is to separate the meals. At the end of the day, had the mango chilly 'dip' come in a container, as it was meant to/ and advertised as - then none of the issues would be happening. THAT - and they didn't send us the bottle of soy sauce that cost €3.50. The food should have been replaced or refunded. When you buy separate meals - they come in their own packaging - especially when it is a meal with meat and a separate vegetarian meal. But it is standard practice, that each order has its own packaging. They wouldn’t throw everyone’s Chinese or Italian takeaway into a single container?? Because it’s not supposed to happen at all!!!! And as for their claim, for it all being for environmentally friendly purposes... the box is made of plastic, the grass is plastic with bits of wire in it. The soy sauce comes in Sachets instead of tubs. I've lost money, and €31 is a lot of money to lose for a meal they won't replace or complete. I’ve reported them to Uber eats, and the local food health and safety quality commission. Absolutely disgusting customer service, representation of food, and sadly quality of service all around. If my partner eats anything from that box, she will end up in hospital. I only ordered my dish because it came with a dip - easy option to have the food without having to eat a sauce you don’t like.
