Guys, I've never been served as badly as I was at the Sushi Bar. I'm really shocked. I used to often order takeaway. The sushi was delicious but today, today everything was topped. We reserved a table for 7:30 p.m. Arrived and our table was already gone. Regardless, we organized ourselves and cobbled together a table for 6. The atmosphere was fun. We ordered at 7:40 p.m. our drinks came around - hold on tight - 9:18 p.m. We really started to take it with humor because we had already noticed this at other tables. The watch was our companion. Our food was served in pieces - be careful! - delivered at 10:23 p.m. I received my ordered tataki as something that looked like shredded chicken. Fart dry and manageable… and no, no tataki. I let it go back. Since no one came after 10 minutes, I went ahead (it was already shortly before 11 p.m.). the waiter directed me straight to the bar. Then unfortunately I was greeted very stressed/annoyed and I asked if I could please get a sushi menu instead of the tataki. (It hasn't already been 2.5 hours 😂) After the answer and the way I was spoken to, everything was really top. The kitchen was closed and it was good. Nothing more, and the tataki are like that. In a tone that no guest would want. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. My dinner was just my starter (sushi - super small, and my rice ball 😂 which was supposed to come with the tataki). Various orders were incorrect. So I'm really sorry guys - I'm really tolerant. But that was one of the most comedic and worst restaurant experiences in my life. Oh and by the way, I calculated the bill because the waiter was completely overwhelmed. And she there, no food was partly on it. But the waiter was really trying, not quite capable but kind of sweet This restaurant doesn't get my recommendation unless you want to have an experience with bad service. There was no apology or compensation in the form of shrimp chips or a nightcap. Everything seems indifferent and routine 😂😂

I only give 3 stars for the sushi because it tasted good. Now the “but”… We have 2 hours!!! Waited for our food, 2 hours!!! After 1 hour we asked for the first time and were told “no staff” (there were 6 people in service!) “we are working one table after the other, your food will be coming soon”. After another 30 minutes we asked again and got the same answer. No sorry, no coming towards you, nothing! During the entire waiting time there was no service, no asking if we would like something to drink etc.!!! We got drinks from the nice Greek guy next door! (The Greek's food looked very tasty, by the way!) After another half hour and then a total of 2 hours of waiting, our food arrived. But you also had to wait again for the bill! When paying we pointed out the poor service and the endless waiting time, without any accomodation! The lack of staff has been pointed out again and again and that it has been a problem for a long time. You could have simply pointed this out when placing the guests, but this wasn't mentioned at all! We almost had to beg for the boss to accommodate us, even the drinks weren't on the house! That was the first and last visit to this sushi restaurant, that's not how you treat your guests!
