Toilets were extremely dirty, service was also impossible

For me it's the best sushi bar in Rostock, I like to order food there, it's great even if you often have to wait but it's worth it

Even though there were no reservation signs on the tables, the Asian waitress kept expelling us from each table and behaved rudely. I give 0 points for this. 0 friendliness, 0 service, it absolutely doesn't deserve to be visited. A company that is completely unprofessional and has nothing to do with Japanese culture. Never again!!!

The two of us ate here and were extremely satisfied. We got our food quickly (15-20 minutes) and the food was also very tasty. The sushi rolls are a little smaller than in other restaurants, but the prices are adjusted accordingly. The service was also very friendly and the place is clean and cozy. The toilets are also very clean. We were really very satisfied and would like to come here again and again :)

There were three of us eating here. This restaurant was recommended to us. The sushi was very good. In my opinion, the best in Germany that I have tried. The homemade tea was really excellent. Our service was very friendly and the food was prepared at a good pace. The furnishings were very comfortable. I would be happy to come back.

Extremely disappointing! On Google, it says that the restaurant closes at 11 p.m. We arrive at 9 p.m. and decide to stop here, thinking we have time. We are seated at the table, and shortly after, we come to take our order. Oddly, the waiter tells us that he will only take part of the order right away and that we can order the rest later. Strange, but hey... We don't say anything. We are then served our starters and some sushi (very good). Wanting to then order the rest of our meal, we had to go find the waiter, hiding in his kitchen... He ended up coming to our table to tell us... That he was going to close and that he was no longer taking any orders 😲 even though it's not quite 10 p.m. and that's absolutely not what he told us when we arrived. Then comes a lame justification, the waiter telling us that the Google times are not good, and that we must rely on a sign hidden inside the restaurant, behind the front door to know the "real" ones. ' schedules. And obviously, we were at no time informed of this 'detail' BEFORE we sat down and took our order! Having no choice, we left our table, extremely frustrated and without having been able to eat our fill... And to end this catastrophic experience in style, the establishment does not accept credit card payment. In summary, an extremely disappointing experience! I absolutely do not recommend this place, which has no professionalism!

We waited 1.5 hours for our order of 20 sushi, it's just terrible, it ruined the whole mood, but the food was delicious.

The sushi here is amazing. The crispy enig is REALLY crispy and nice, very good sashimi freshly made. Melts on your tongue! We’ll definitely come back! Also good service! Thank you!

Four of us had dinner there last night. When we got back to the hotel, my night was torture. I'm not feeling well today either and why? Food poisoning. Complaint coming. Unfortunately you have to give this one star but actually this isn't even worth 1 star. Sad.. The health department and authorities will be informed. Something like that is unacceptable. I'll never go there again when I'm in Rostock. The store needs to be properly inspected. That's bodily harm. My opinion: close the shop and find sensible and friendly staff and maintain hygiene. This shop is only worth a visit if you want to get food poisoning or don't feel like doing anything the next day or want to work and spend a night on the toilet. Absolute catastrophe.. sad that something like this is allowed and is not checked but reports are out.

The food and service are great!!! But the small aquarium with many fish that are too big is unfortunately animal cruelty and should be abolished. Animals should not be used to decorate a restaurant.

The sushi was very tasty. However, the portions were unusually small. In addition, the waiting times were quite long and the staff was unfriendly. The ambience was nicely designed, but it was very cold in the room. We wouldn't go there again.

We were there again at lunchtime. This time too, very unfriendly and even rude. Of the dishes ordered, the soup was delivered incorrectly and the salad was left out entirely. Very rude answer to our question. The taste of the sushi was terribly bad, in my opinion neither freshly prepared nor a joy in the job. They won't see us again and I can't recommend the place either. I like to go there for food. However, we had to cancel our last visit. After waiting for over an hour, the food still hadn't been served. We then just paid for our drinks and left. A pity!

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place. The food is very good, but unfortunately we had to wait 2 hours for our order. By then the hunger will be so great that everything would be tasty!!! When we asked the waitress about it, she said that this was the case with all the customers because it was full. Bad service seems to be part of the deal here and, according to the waitress, it happens to everyone. When my friend picked up sushi a week earlier, he was told to be there at 8 p.m., at 9 p.m. he finally kept the order, unfortunately some of the rolls weren't as ordered, which were supposed to be without fish, suddenly had fish eggs as a topping! I'd rather get the sushi from Rewe.

Very long waiting time! We waited well over an hour. We received no response after asking twice. We then left the store hungry. Service leaves a lot to be desired! MINUS 5 STARS!

It's absolutely absurd how long you have to wait for the food! Even when you ask, you don't get any feedback. The service seems unfriendly...we ended up leaving without eating, absolutely no service

We are currently sitting in the restaurant and have been waiting for our order for almost three hours. Other guests have already asked for goodwill due to the situation and have been rudely and loudly pointed out that everyone would have to wait and therefore there is no goodwill. An apology is probably asking too much. I'm so hungry now that no matter how good the sushi is, I won't be able to enjoy it. Very bad performance, ruined Valentine's Day!

We waited 1.5 hours for our food. People who had ordered after us and took food away from home arrived before us. The waitress really tried hard but was so confused with the orders that she made a lot of mistakes not only with us but also with others. Unfortunately, overall it was a failure. Conclusion: -Drinks and food mixed up and waiting 1.5 hours. Not worth it for the solid food.

Es ist zwar schon einige Zeit her das ich dort war… doch ich möchte nachträglich gerne noch meine Erfahrung teilen Denn dieses Restaurant hat einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Leider muss ich meine Rezension anpassen. Wir holen uns hier wirklich gerne Sushi, es schmeckt immer noch sehr gut, aber wenn die einzelnen Stücke noch kleiner werden, benötige ich keine Stäbchen, sondern eine Pinzette. ----- Super Qualität, nettes Ambiente und freundliches Personal. Komme hier seit Jahren immer gerne her.

Hatten einen schönen Abend - gemütliches Ambiente! Sushi 🍣 und Essen waren spitze 🤩 Einen Punkt Abzug wegen der langen Wartezeit! Aber auch das war für uns persönlich ok 👌

Hier gibt es in meinen Augen das beste Sushi in Rostock. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, aner man muss Zeit mitnehmen. Von der Vielfalt und dem Geschmack gibt es keine Einwände. Leider sind die Sushi mittlerweile kleiner als früher.

Vorspeisen und Sushi waren lecker und Preis-Leistung hat auch gestimmt. Einen Stern Abzug, weil es zu längeren Wartezeiten im Service kam (aber sehr freundlich) und es an dem Abend leider etwas kalt war im Restaurant.

Leckeres Sushi und eine schnelle Bedienung. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen gerne nochmal. Und fürs nächste Mal wissen wir: keine Kartenzahlung möglich!

Definitiv immer noch sehr leckeres Sushi! Aber was ist mit den Sushi Rollen passiert? Sind Kunde 1. Stunde... Kaufen gern und viel. Meist die Sushis Menüs aus der Karte. Diese sind definitiv kleiner geworden. Haben gerade erst neulich, unteranderem gebackene Salmon Rolls zum Abholen bestellt. Leider haben wir, erst zu Hause in die Packung geschaut. Was ist mit der Geöße passiert? Diese waren definitiv immer größer und jetzt sind es kleine pralinenartige Rollen??? Das ist definitiv sehr enttäuschend! Alles wird teurer und die Ware immer kleiner oder weniger🤔

Alles in allem sehr gut. Bedienung am Anfang etwas unfreundlich, aber ansonsten alles super. Man hätte besser ausschildern müssen, dass man Bar bezahlen muss.

Hervorragendes Essen. Wir hatten Sushi und auch warme Speisen. Da es eine kleines Team mit kleiner Küche ist, muss man allerdings etwas Zeit mitbringen.

Ich behaupte das ist das beste Sushi, dass man in Rostock bekommen kann.

Food is good and fish tastes good, the only downside was that it took a long time to get the ordered food. I think there was only one cook, and the plate was made to order. I waited around 25 mins after order to get the food. I ordered menu 21, it filled me right up.

Mein Lieblings Sushi Restaurant in Rostock und Umgebung. Hier geh ich monatlich hin. Ich versuche auch ab und an die anderen Angebote in der Stadt, allerdings erreicht kein Sushi Restaurant ansonsten annähernd die Qualität von dem Sushi hier. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das beste Sushi in Rostock. Ein bisschen Zeit muss man einplanen aber die Qualität überzeugt.

Für weniger Zeit und Geld hätte man das Selbe besser geschafft! Maki waren geschmacklos(größtenteils) Curry ga war lecker aber keine frischen zutaten(zu erwarten bei dem Preis) Personal nett aber ein wenig überfordert Hat viel zu lange gedauert Location schön

Wir waren gestern seit langem mal wieder in der Sushi Bar direkt am Doberaner Platz. Der Laden wurde innen etwas aufgehübscht und renoviert, die Bedingung war freundlich,es lässt sich vermuten das es im Familienbetrieb geführt wird. Die Karte soll einen japanischen Eindruck vermitteln , ich denke allerdings das die Betreiber eher koreanische als japanische Wurzeln haben . Das Essen sah sehr ansprechend aus und man kann sagen das es für Rostocker Verhältnisse sicherlich mit zu den besten Anbietern gehört.. National kann man allerdings sagen das es eher auf der mittleren Ebene mitspielt .. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert..Mit viel Auge hergestellt, Kulinarische Genüsse der Extraklasse kann man hier nicht erwarten aber die sind auch in Rostock eher selten zu finden.

Уютное место в довольно старом дизайне такое впечатление будто «классический китайский ресторан» стал суши баром с вкусными суши. Есть огромный минус это время ожидания заказа и оно у нас составило полтора часа что конечно портит всё впечатление. Хотя должен упомянуть это был субботний вечер но при это вкуснее суши чем здесь я в Ростоке не встречал.

Schönes Ambiente, nettes Personal, leckeres Essen, aber eine lange Zeit aufs bestellen gewartet und dann noch mal lange auf das Hauptgericht gewartet. Außerdem keine Karten Zahlung möglich, aber es wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen das dies nicht geht.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren und sind immer wieder vom leckeren Essen begeistert. Das beste Sushi der Region.

Essen wirklich super lecker, nettes Personal. Das Restaurant war voll. Natürlich dauert es dann etwas länger. Zeit,um sich mit seinen Mitmenschen zu unterhalten oder auf dem Handy zu daddeln. 🤭 Uns hat es gefallen.
