Delicious food and friendly boss

This was my second time there and I had read the great reviews. Then came the disappointment: “Old woman” (64) alone… Many tables were set and free. I sat down, but had to wait - it was shouted throughout the entire area and everyone heard it - because this particular place was reserved - until others left and then to their table. No choice and an unfriendly command tone. However, the boss is sweet to the regulars and also seems to genuinely love children. Then I immediately ordered from the menu. I liked that I could get a different meat for an additional charge — so I had peace of mind. Then: Bread and a large bottle of olive oil personally placed by the boss - the attitude was such that I felt annoying. My still water was already open... I really should have left at the beginning. Then came the lettuce - slightly mushy because it had been dressed for a while, rust in the hard places and dark spots on the green tips of the leaves. By the time I had sorted out a quarter, I had lost my appetite. I said it was poorly cleaned and not fresh. Then came real drama: I was accused of not knowing Lollo Rosso and that the dark was the red color. The boss even came very educationally with a whole head of lettuce. In front of all the guests and very loudly - I had the supporting role in a bad play. Well, I also have Lollo Rosso in my garden and I pluck up the places that I sorted out in the restaurant at home. The meat was good, the sauce was too salty for me, but that's a matter of taste. The portion of fried potatoes in a wafer-thin chip version was a joke. Since I didn't get any new salad and didn't touch the bread because of gluten intolerance, I didn't stay full for long. I don't understand why I was treated so badly: the heat? The thunderstorm the night before? In any case, this restaurant doesn't get a chance anymore - as a pensioner, paying €22 for it isn't much fun.
