This was my second time there. The meat was just as high quality, and all the side dishes were absolutely delicious. Extremely friendly service, a great layout, and a lovely outdoor area. I'm a real fan of this restaurant now. The price/performance ratio is absolutely reasonable. I'll be back soon.

Super friendly and the food was really tasty

We're here for the second time today and will definitely be back. The food and the portions are great. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to use the outdoor area yet due to the weather, but hopefully next time. Sometimes the waiters take a little longer, so we're deducting a star for service :-) ... but so far, we've only been there on Sundays during peak times.

Five of us ate there, desperately wanting to try the Tomahawk steak, but unfortunately forgot to order it when making a reservation, and it was sold out. We settled for a delicious 700g ribeye steak, two fillet steaks, and an entrecôte. All came with a delicious side salad, and the fried potatoes were unfortunately extra but very well dressed. All the steaks were cooked to perfection (medium/rare), although my fillet steak (which was perhaps the first to be cooked) arrived lukewarm at the table. It didn't detract from the taste, but it could have been avoided. The service was incredibly friendly and quick to joke around. We were even offered a parking alternative, as the Neu-Isenburg Center parking garage closes at 9 p.m. The desserts (small selection) were absolutely delicious. The pistachio tartufo ice cream is a must after such a delicious main course. The price/performance ratio is absolutely OK, as the quality of the products is good. We'll be happy to come back, but this time we'll pre-order the Tomahawk steaks ^^.

I have known about El Paso for many years. Even if you're a vegetarian you'll definitely find what you're looking for here. The corn on the cob is particularly delicious (even though it is usually burnt black in various places by the grill). The vegetables are freshly prepared What I had a lot to complain about, however, was the following point: - spicy food -> Not everyone can put 1 and 1 together and think that a dish is so spicy that it makes your stomach ache all night long! -> Note on the card: No! -> Advice from a service person: No! My dish was almost inedible. It was only at the end, when we had finished eating, that someone came over and asked if I didn't like it. Since I said no, I was offered an alternative. I had eaten my way through the other starters so I was no longer hungry as everything just burned my mouth. Spicy dishes must be noted on the menu or at least pointed out. I would like to come by again because I really appreciate the ambience. There is nothing to complain about in terms of politeness and friendliness. Food came very promptly. I just wish that the bread that was brought wasn't just served with an extremely spicy dip at the beginning.

The food came very quickly and was very tasty. The restaurant is a bit winding so the waiters have to be very attentive. We can highly recommend the restaurant! There are no free parking spaces on the street, but there is the cheap Isenburg Center parking garage next door. (This is only open until 9 p.m.)

I had the pleasure of eating at Steakhouse El Paso and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy. The staff extremely friendly and attentive. Out of all the restaurants i visited in Germany, i think i can give this restaurant number 1 in all Germany. Big variety of food. Stuff very very friendly. Food is super delicious. I came here like 5 times in 2 months! Very cozy also.

That evening we ate steak fillet and steak rineye. Unfortunately, both are just a star, badly burnt and dry. You go to a restaurant to enjoy delicious food that you can't easily cook at home and then... disappointment. 120 euros Abed for two people was not worth it. Service overwhelmed. Dessert was forgotten. Cleanliness in the restaurant is a star. Only the wine was very tasty and great company for this reason 3 stars. No further recommendation and not a second time.

Very warm and welcoming location, medium-high prices but which reflect the quality of the dishes, the meat was good and cooked excellently. The only sore point is the service, obviously it is not the fault of the staff who tried in every way to satisfy the needs of the many people present in the room, but the waiting times were excessive just to take the order, 45 minutes passed, and the same for the arrival of the dishes. A piece of advice: increase the staff in the dining room. All in all I will return because I ate very well. (P.s. I didn't post any photos because they don't upload them in the review)

Una muy buena opción para cenar en Neu-Isemburg. Buena calidad y buenos precios. El personal es muy majo y hablan inglés. He estado dos veces durante un viaje de trabajo y ambas me han gustado mucho. Hay un camarero que me atendió de una forma sobresaliente. Probé schnitzel el primer día y Filet Steak el segundo. Ambas muy buenas opciones. Lo recomiendo!!!!

The service was extremely disappointing. We waited almost two hours for our food. When I asked the waiter when the dishes would arrive, he replied, "In 10 minutes." But when I turned around, my friends noticed that the waiter made a dismissive gesture with his hand, as if to say he didn't care and I should leave the store. He had the audacity to make this disrespectful gesture behind my back without saying a word. Additionally, the service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. The starters plates were not cleared before the main courses were served which made the whole dining situation awkward. Such behavior and poor service is unacceptable. We expected a better experience and respectful treatment, but this was completely missing. There is an urgent need to improve service and treatment of guests to avoid such situations in the future.

Reserved one day in advance. The lady at reception was a bit overwhelmed. Waiters exemplary. Plenty of food. There was something much inedible about the ribeye steak. But steak was very tasty. Perfectly cooked, even with my friend's lady steak. Would love to come back.

We had a really wonderful and perfect evening with you. The food was very good, the service was excellent, even after you received the wrong meal (which was probably a mistake in my heart because of the wrong expression in Spanish), you were still very accommodating despite everything. You brought us exactly what she actually wanted to order without hesitation or being mushy. Hats off, very few people react like that! The steaks are simply the best in all of Hesse, and the seasonal menu impresses every time. The wild mushroom cream soup is particularly unforgettable. Restaurant was very busy, I suspect that's why you had to wait an eternity for drinks. Food came quickly but carelessly and the grilled meat was tough and mixed (platter for 2 people). Cevapcici almost burnt, minced steak great. The bill didn't even come to the counter and I paid there. The conclusion does not necessarily have to be that there are really better restaurants in Neu-Isenburg.

I can only recommend the boss is very nice and knows his regular customers even those who don't come so often. Good portions that fill you up and there's something on the menu that's delicious for every budget

The steakhouse offers exactly the right portions and impresses with excellent food, especially the variety of meat on the plate is a highlight for me. The service is friendly, but could be a little more attentive. Nevertheless, the restaurant as a whole impresses with its high quality and an all-round successful culinary experience.

Steaks und Beilagen waren sehr gut. Preise sind fair. Allerdings war der Service sehr langsam. Es sind zu wenig Service-Kräfte. Wir waren 18 Uhr da (Dienstag) und das Restaurant war auch sehr voll.

Die Qualität des Essen hat nicht überzeugt. Ein Steakhouse sollte ein besseres Fleisch bieten.

Ein unscheinbares Juwel, eingebettet zwischen dem Neu-Isenburg Zentrum und dem Hotel Frankfurt Airport, hat mich nach einer Pause von 6 Jahren wieder in seinen Bann gezogen. Das Steakhaus El Paso könnte ohne Weiteres unser neues Stammlokal werden. Die Zeit mag vergangen sein, aber an der Qualität des Essens hat sich definitiv nichts geändert. Beim Thema Preis-Leistung verneige ich mich fast in Ehrfurcht: herausragendes Essen zu fairen Preisen. Das Personal hat nicht nur eine charmante Kompetenz, sondern auch eine herzliche Freundlichkeit. Wenn ich einen Wunsch frei hätte, dann würde ich eine zusätzliche Servicekraft vorschlagen, um die kleinen Verzögerungen im Service auszugleichen. Aber das ist wirklich nur ein kleiner Seitenhieb in einem sonst makellosen Erlebnis. Lauwarmes Essen ist für viele ein Ärgernis – hier im El Paso können Sie sich darauf verlassen, dass Ihr Essen heiß und frisch serviert wird. Das Fleisch? Eine Wonne! Es zergeht auf der Zunge und wird immer punktgenau zubereitet. Während man die Ankunft seiner Hauptmahlzeit erwartet, kann man sich die Zeit mit selbstgebackenem Brot und hauseigenem Chimichurri versüßen. Ein kulinarisches Vorspiel, das bereits "Hammer" als Bezeichnung verdient. Während ich mich für den "El Paso Teller" entschied, wählte meine Frau den Grillteller. Ein bisschen Tauscherei am Tisch bestätigte nur, dass beide Gerichte gleichermaßen hervorragend waren. Die Speisekarte insgesamt ist beeindruckend vielfältig und bietet für jeden Geschmack – ob Groß oder Klein – etwas. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist gemütlich, und obwohl das Hinterzimmer ein wenig mehr mexikanisches Flair vertragen könnte, tut es dem Gesamterlebnis keinen Abbruch. Abschließend kann ich nur sagen: Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Und beim nächsten Mal haben wir schon ins Auge gefasst, was wir bestellen werden. Bis bald, El Paso!

Das Essen war sehr gut. Leider war, trotz nicht so vieler Gäste, der Service etwas langsam. Da könnte man etwas nachbessern. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Abend.

Hace muchos años (20 más o menos)que conozco este local y tengo que decir, que siempre es un placer el comer allí. Si buscan un sitio para comer buena carne, sin lugar a dudas es uno de los mejores de la zona. La atención al cliente es siempre muy buena...serviciales y atentos. Recomendable 💯%👌

Das Essen ist immer super lecker. Der Besitzer wahnsinnig nett und auch der Rest des Personals. Auch die Umgebung ist einladen. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen dort zu essen, vor allem weil die Speisekarte wirklich so eine große Auswahl bietet - worunter wie in anderen Lokalitäten die Qualität hier nicht im geringsten leidet.

The place was absolutely full and the staff were lovely, but there were three people covering the entire restaurant. Waited half an hour before we could order anything including drinks, which then didn’t arrive until shortly before the food. I ordered a 300g rump steak, what arrived looked like 150g and when asked the waiter just checked his order and said he had ordered 300g. At least 50g of what I did get was fat and gristle so not a fantastic evening really. I don’t blame the staff, I think they are severely understaffed for the size of the place.
