Very tasty food. Excellent quality steaks. Service a bit slow but very friendly. We'll be back!

The service was extremely disappointing. We waited almost two hours for our food. When I asked the waiter when the dishes would arrive, he replied, "In 10 minutes." But when I turned around, my friends noticed that the waiter made a dismissive gesture with his hand, as if to say he didn't care and I should leave the store. He had the audacity to make this disrespectful gesture behind my back without saying a word. Additionally, the service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. The starters plates were not cleared before the main courses were served which made the whole dining situation awkward. Such behavior and poor service is unacceptable. We expected a better experience and respectful treatment, but this was completely missing. There is an urgent need to improve service and treatment of guests to avoid such situations in the future.

Reserved one day in advance. The lady at reception was a bit overwhelmed. Waiters exemplary. Plenty of food. There was something much inedible about the ribeye steak. But steak was very tasty. Perfectly cooked, even with my friend's lady steak. Would love to come back.

We had a really wonderful and perfect evening with you. The food was very good, the service was excellent, even after you received the wrong meal (which was probably a mistake in my heart because of the wrong expression in Spanish), you were still very accommodating despite everything. You brought us exactly what she actually wanted to order without hesitation or being mushy. Hats off, very few people react like that! Full recommendation and if we're in the area again we'll be happy to come back.

Always a pleasure! I have visited this restaurant several times with my girlfriend and acquaintances and have been completely satisfied every time. The steaks are simply the best in all of Hesse, and the seasonal menu impresses every time. The wild mushroom cream soup is particularly unforgettable. The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is very appealing. It's always a pleasure to come back here. A real highlight and absolutely recommended. Five stars!

Restaurant was very busy, I suspect that's why you had to wait an eternity for drinks. Food came quickly but carelessly and the grilled meat was tough and mixed (platter for 2 people). Cevapcici almost burnt, minced steak great. The bill didn't even come to the counter and I paid there. The conclusion does not necessarily have to be that there are really better restaurants in Neu-Isenburg.

I can only recommend the boss is very nice and knows his regular customers even those who don't come so often. Good portions that fill you up and there's something on the menu that's delicious for every budget

The steakhouse offers exactly the right portions and impresses with excellent food, especially the variety of meat on the plate is a highlight for me. The service is friendly, but could be a little more attentive. Nevertheless, the restaurant as a whole impresses with its high quality and an all-round successful culinary experience.

Steaks und Beilagen waren sehr gut. Preise sind fair. Allerdings war der Service sehr langsam. Es sind zu wenig Service-Kräfte. Wir waren 18 Uhr da (Dienstag) und das Restaurant war auch sehr voll.

Die Qualität des Essen hat nicht überzeugt. Ein Steakhouse sollte ein besseres Fleisch bieten.

Ein unscheinbares Juwel, eingebettet zwischen dem Neu-Isenburg Zentrum und dem Hotel Frankfurt Airport, hat mich nach einer Pause von 6 Jahren wieder in seinen Bann gezogen. Das Steakhaus El Paso könnte ohne Weiteres unser neues Stammlokal werden. Die Zeit mag vergangen sein, aber an der Qualität des Essens hat sich definitiv nichts geändert. Beim Thema Preis-Leistung verneige ich mich fast in Ehrfurcht: herausragendes Essen zu fairen Preisen. Das Personal hat nicht nur eine charmante Kompetenz, sondern auch eine herzliche Freundlichkeit. Wenn ich einen Wunsch frei hätte, dann würde ich eine zusätzliche Servicekraft vorschlagen, um die kleinen Verzögerungen im Service auszugleichen. Aber das ist wirklich nur ein kleiner Seitenhieb in einem sonst makellosen Erlebnis. Lauwarmes Essen ist für viele ein Ärgernis – hier im El Paso können Sie sich darauf verlassen, dass Ihr Essen heiß und frisch serviert wird. Das Fleisch? Eine Wonne! Es zergeht auf der Zunge und wird immer punktgenau zubereitet. Während man die Ankunft seiner Hauptmahlzeit erwartet, kann man sich die Zeit mit selbstgebackenem Brot und hauseigenem Chimichurri versüßen. Ein kulinarisches Vorspiel, das bereits "Hammer" als Bezeichnung verdient. Während ich mich für den "El Paso Teller" entschied, wählte meine Frau den Grillteller. Ein bisschen Tauscherei am Tisch bestätigte nur, dass beide Gerichte gleichermaßen hervorragend waren. Die Speisekarte insgesamt ist beeindruckend vielfältig und bietet für jeden Geschmack – ob Groß oder Klein – etwas. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist gemütlich, und obwohl das Hinterzimmer ein wenig mehr mexikanisches Flair vertragen könnte, tut es dem Gesamterlebnis keinen Abbruch. Abschließend kann ich nur sagen: Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Und beim nächsten Mal haben wir schon ins Auge gefasst, was wir bestellen werden. Bis bald, El Paso!

Das Essen war sehr gut. Leider war, trotz nicht so vieler Gäste, der Service etwas langsam. Da könnte man etwas nachbessern. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Abend.

Hace muchos años (20 más o menos)que conozco este local y tengo que decir, que siempre es un placer el comer allí. Si buscan un sitio para comer buena carne, sin lugar a dudas es uno de los mejores de la zona. La atención al cliente es siempre muy buena...serviciales y atentos. Recomendable 💯%👌

Das Essen ist immer super lecker. Der Besitzer wahnsinnig nett und auch der Rest des Personals. Auch die Umgebung ist einladen. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen dort zu essen, vor allem weil die Speisekarte wirklich so eine große Auswahl bietet - worunter wie in anderen Lokalitäten die Qualität hier nicht im geringsten leidet.

The place was absolutely full and the staff were lovely, but there were three people covering the entire restaurant. Waited half an hour before we could order anything including drinks, which then didn’t arrive until shortly before the food. I ordered a 300g rump steak, what arrived looked like 150g and when asked the waiter just checked his order and said he had ordered 300g. At least 50g of what I did get was fat and gristle so not a fantastic evening really. I don’t blame the staff, I think they are severely understaffed for the size of the place.

Everything we ordered was beautifully prepared and delicious! Had the 350 gram ribeye and it was amazing!

Seit Jahren immer wieder gerne dort zum Essen

Ich war hier heute das dritte Mal essen und muss sagen, dass dieses Restaurant wirklich hervorragend ist. Extrem gemütliches Ambiente, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Servicepersonal und richtig leckeres Essen. Das El Paso ist ein Juwel in der Gastrowelt. Würde jederzeit immer wieder die 70 km fahren, um bei Euch zu genießen. Vielen Dank, dass es Euch gibt!

Wir haben das Steakhaus für uns entdeckt. Das Essen ist sehr, sehr gut. Gute Auswahl... für jeden ist etwas dabei. Preise sind etwas höher aber wirklich jeden Cent wert. Ich habe selten bessere Steaks gegessen. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Nur mit dem Parken ist es etwas schwierig..

Das Essen ist super lecker. Das Restaurant hat einen sehr schönen Außenbereich. Sehr gemütlich und romantisch. Die Bedienung war total nett. Etwas schade ist es, dass das Restaurant Sonntags geschlossen hat. Ansonsten kann ich es nur empfehlen.

A coZy place, suitable for couple, family, date. The owner is super friendly. I'm an asian and very please to food in this restaurant. But keep in mind, a dish here is huge for a person, make sure you have an empty stomach or starving before coming here.

As I lived in Germany close to the restaurant. I went every weekend there for food. I recommend the steaks and the big plate (Platte) for 2 or more persons with different kind of beef on it. So lovely good

A stop along the way travelling along the German highways, it was time for dinner. Something meaty was in order. The restaurant has a pleasant space to sit outside. I started with a delicious tomato soup which came with the most perfect chilly sauce on the side to spice it up. Then it same the big decision time... T-Bone or Tomahawk... I went ahead with the T-Bone, while my collegue has opted for the Tomahawk. Both were perfectly cooked to medium-rare state, and it was obvious it was very high quality meat, even on the first sight. Both sided with a simple fresh cabbage salad and a selection of sauces, as well as some roughly grinded pepper salt mixture. Very nice dinner in any case and would recommend to any gourmet meat eater. Svaka čast grillmajstru!

The venue is tucked away from the main road, if your staying at then it’s right next door, the venue is classic wood interior very cozy, I was served by one of there female staff, amazing service and very friendly they also speak great english so that made it a lot better! I first had there fresh homemade bread with there special Chimmi Churri sauce amazing! For main I had the stuffed pork schnitzel with mushroom sauce and it was great really tasty and you can tell it was fresh and finally I had the apple strudel with cinnamon unbelievable! I would highly recommend this venue to everyone.

Been there with two friends and where seated immediately by a very friendly waitress, who has taken our orders and in very short time, we have got in good time first the drinks, salads and main courses, even though the restaurant was about 4/5 filled. Quality of my filet was good and the preparation was as ordered medium-rare. My friends orders were as good as mine and we were satisfied. When asking for the bill, we have been served a free shot on the house and you have to pay a fair price for the quality. absolutely a recommendation!

Enjoyed a quick meal here whilst passing through on business. Thoroughly enjoyed starter of baked mushrooms and then fillet steak with Gorgonzola and pasta. I felt fine dining alone and the service was very good and good value.

The chef have mastered job! Medium roasted roast beef was perfectly prepared. All the dishes have the character and flavor. Portions are large, they will be happy each hungry guest. Ambience is pleasant and the staff very friendly.

Been there 20 times or so,,, never been disappointed, steak is excellent, as is all the Balkan style meat, good portions,, service always friendly, on one occasion slow. Prices pleasant and always a schnapps "on the house" before you leave.
