The side dishes were served lukewarm and ice cold. However, in my opinion, the ice-cold side dish was simply warmed up and then came after the regular main course. You can't really speak of service, even if you forgot my drink I wouldn't blame it on the waitress. She felt like she had to do everything alone because the owner/head waiter was more busy having a nice evening at the next table or going out for a smoke.
