The Darmstadt saddlery has once again completely convinced me! The meat was of exceptional quality, cooked to perfection, and the side dishes were creative and tasted great. The German young bull fillet in particular was a delight, and the selection of wines and craft beers complemented the dining experience perfectly. The ambience is modern and stylish, but still cozy. The service was attentive, friendly and competent, which made us feel completely comfortable.
