Location nice and quiet. Bathroom super clean. Rooms also good. But the reception is not manned during the day. I thought that was crazy. I'd like to deduct a point for that. We wanted to call and ask if we could bring our suitcases into the room because we were two hours earlier and had meetings in the afternoon and evening. The reception could not be reached by phone or in person between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. Yes, check-in from 3 p.m. But I don't think it's good that there isn't even a forwarding to a cell phone in case of an emergency or something else. As a hotel, you also have an obligation to your guests on the day of departure and to be available and reachable.... Or am I wrong? If I have something on vacation and am on the way to the airport and something happens, someone from the hotel is there and tries to sort it out... That's called service.
