1 star This was by far one of the worst restaurant visits we've ever had. We had a reservation at 6:30 p.m., and my father was there on time. We showed up at 6:45 p.m. and ordered around 7:00 p.m., but the food didn't arrive until 8:00 p.m. And not everything even arrived at the same time: First, three dishes arrived, and the last two much later. There were five of us, and everyone had to eat individually because nothing was coordinated. When we politely asked why it was taking so long, a blonde employee with a rose tattoo on her arm (she declined to reveal her name when asked) replied with a snide reply: "The food is prepared one after the other." No apology, no explanation. When we asked if there would be any compensation for the extreme wait, all we got was: "It's perfectly normal to wait an hour and a half for food here." Absolute nonsense – the restaurant was barely occupied. There were maybe ten people sitting outside, about 15 inside. It was anything but full. The employee's tone was consistently provocative and nice, but completely disrespectful. No sense of service, no understanding of the situation. We'll never go here again. Not recommended.
