The steaks in the restaurant are very good, as are the fries, wads, and desserts. We can also highly recommend the ambiance. The staff is usually very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, we encountered a very rude colleague who gave our reserved table to another group and then repeatedly made fun of our disappointment and didn't stop. We also had to listen to them say that we got drunk outside while waiting, even though everyone only had a beer or a glass of wine. This was a far cry from the customer being king. At least all the other colleagues were very nice and service-oriented.
