After eating here, my entire family and I had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea for days - clear signs of food poisoning. The shop is dirty and the food is of poor quality. Apparently no emphasis is placed on hygiene and freshness here. We were there for the second and definitely last time. Absolute warning – it’s best to give this place a wide berth!
The Ristorante is located on a busy street and has a permanent tent construction with opening elements in front of the actual building in which the actual Ristorante is located. This provides a preferred seating option in summer and winter.
The service is excellent, friendly and attentive. The boss also recommends and gives advice regarding the selection and their combinations. The portions are generous and you tend to overestimate yourself.
TIP: If there are several people, choose different starters and share. It's worth it. By the way, this also applies to main courses.
The dishes are delicious and the fish soup is something different than the main course. Here too, two people can share this as an intermediate course.
We skipped dessert, otherwise we would be oversaturated. Next time we will choose accordingly and also enjoy the sweet hip flatterers.
A friend treated me to dinner after he spotted it on his way to visit me at my nearby hotel. We were both more than satisfied with our selections. The hostess was very accommodating and able to converse fluently in English, German, and Italian. We were both hungry and devoured the bread and generously portioned starters before working our way through our respective pizzas. Our eyes were larger than our bellies, but we both managed to finish everything on our plates, but only just. It was all delicious and very filling. Prices were very reasonable. I'd have no qualms recommending this gem. It's walking distance to a number of Kelsterbach hotels that serve Frankfurt airport, including the Moxy and Ibis.
So I think it's just catastrophic, you order a fries. First they say we didn't hear and then he quickly dips cold fries into the oil. At home, the children are looking forward to the fries, but unfortunately it's a total disaster. Oily, taste disgusting, normally you would have to pay them the doctor's bill because they want to poison our children. Not even worth one star. The daily menu and the Dürüm were ok
In the middle of the commercial area, this was the only restaurant near the hotel.
A simple Asian snack bar with exceptionally good food. We sat at the only table and had a lovely evening.
I can't recommend it. Even after 25 minutes, you're not acknowledged as a guest, let alone greeted. Ordering directly at the counter wasn't possible either, as you weren't even noticed there.
To me, it seemed as if the staff were completely overwhelmed. I left the "restaurant" to find somewhere else where I would be valued as a paying guest.
All I can say is that this restaurant is a perfect example of the service desert that is Germany.
