Very nice and friendly owners. Very tasty food. A relaxed and calm atmosphere. Always happy again.

Some of the food was a bit too mildly seasoned. Service was curt. Otherwise, though, it was top-notch: reasonable prices, very short wait times, and centrally located and easily accessible.

Today we were on a stopover at Subway Eschwege. Starting with the fact that only 3 of 5 types of bread were available - that can still be overlooked. Unfortunately, not all types of cheese were available - but that can also be forgiven. At the checkout we received our 3 subs, as well as drinks and cookies. When we asked for a tray, we were told that they no longer existed and that the packaging would now have to be used for that. Plastic or not, but a tray, just for transporting it to the table, would be more than appropriate. When we arrived at the table, we unpacked our subs and discovered relatively quickly that the bread was baked so dry that it practically crumbled in our hands. Unfortunately, despite the toppings, my daughter's sandwich was more bone-dry bread than anything else. Unfortunately we didn't get full because the taste wasn't good. The ambience in the store also leaves a lot to be desired. Countless dead flies right next to you on the windowsill. Carelessly designed space. It's a shame for such a beautiful city.

I just ordered a family pizza with crabs and extra crabs and every slice had a crab on it... outrageous

The customer service here is simply terrible... I've filed an official complaint with McDonald's. I don't know who's responsible for the service, but good isn't exactly a good thing...

Wir haben nur ein Bierchen im Biergarten getrunken. Was soll ich sagen: auffallend netter Service! Und nach mehrtägiger Fahrradtour hatten wir durchaus Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Da ist uns alles begegnet von unfreundlich-desinteressiert-ignorant bis hin zu aufgesetzt-freundlich-trinkgeldheischend. Ganz anders hier: von der Frage nach dem Parkplatz für unsere Bikes über das Gruppenfoto am Tisch bis hin zur Bestellung/Bezahlung: alles super freundlich und vor allem ehrlich und mit sichtlichem Spaß am Job. Da hat jemand das Kellnern im Blut. So macht das Gast-sein Spaß!

I ordered and the beef taco tasted very tasty, but the fries were too salty

Delivery time was incredibly long, and then a hunter's sauce that was more water than anything else. The "gyro plate" was a complete mess. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!
