A cozy, clean and nice bar. The owner is very friendly and the shisha is really tasty. Always worth a visit.

Despite the phone number not being reachable after calling several times, we were told at the door that you weren't allowed to sit down outside because of the public order office. When we asked whether a friend could sit down for a moment to rest because he had an operation and was using crutches, we received a very unfriendly answer. We were literally scared away. Very unfriendly and inhumane staff.

When I didn't want to place an order I was told "then why are you looking for my rose here?" (translated) it was Saturday evening and you had to think about sales. After consulting with another employee, I was confirmed that everyone had to order something in any case. Later I wanted to talk to the first employee again to say that I didn't think the choice of words was appropriate, he told me he was under stress (understandable) and he reluctantly apologized. However, I couldn't help but say that the store is not a warming room. Thank you for what I consider to be degrading words.

Top shisha bar to smoke a very good shisha and relax. Highly recommended shisha bar. As a daily shisha smoker, I would even say that Kanka has the best grape mint in Mannheim 🍇

We drove all the way, it says it's open on the internet, but it's not. There is no notice on the internet or on the door why it is closed. There are even red ribbons outside.

Mega overpriced! 10 euros per person for music! You can't get there without a vehicle! Rude staff who sent us away even though we wanted to order something! By a nice view they mean a nice view of the BASF site! Not recommended, go into town instead.
