Rude staff, air terrible, no card payment

Really cool place! I've been to Mood a few times now and I've been super satisfied every time. The shisha tastes great, there's a huge selection of flavors, and the coals are changed regularly – you don't see that everywhere! The atmosphere is relaxed, modern, and the lighting really sets the mood. Especially in the evenings with music, you almost feel like you're on vacation. The staff is friendly and attentive; we never had to wait long. The drinks are also well-mixed, especially the cocktails.

I'm thrilled with the Zuma lounge bar. The shisha tastes delicious and the atmosphere is feel-good. The staff is super attentive and changes the coal regularly. What struck me particularly positively was the friendly owner. She is very nice and competent. If you're looking for a great shisha bar, you've come to the right place!

We drove all the way, it says it's open on the internet, but it's not. There is no notice on the internet or on the door why it is closed. There are even red ribbons outside.

Mega overpriced! 10 euros per person for music! You can't get there without a vehicle! Rude staff who sent us away even though we wanted to order something! By a nice view they mean a nice view of the BASF site! Not recommended, go into town instead.
