Top-class schnitzel, price/performance is great, staff friendly and helpful. Events promote the village community.
So all around great village gastronomy.

Simply the best shop in all of Lemgo. The ambience, the service and especially the food stand out as always. The 55 and the goulash can only be warmly recommended. We're always happy to come back!
Where do we start, where do we end?
- Service, doesn't understand the order, forgets things that are then charged later. In principle, food is always from the left. Doesn't pour water or wine independently, just puts glasses on the table and on the wrong side. No demand for desserts or anything similar. Ouzo doesn't help either.
- Food quality is simply subpar, dry, tough, bad.
The taste is probably 20 to 30 years behind, especially in the salad alone.
- Ambiance... phew... "tasteless" including dirty walls and strange chairs.

Lamb is too fatty. Lamb doner kebab costs €7.50, chicken doner kebab costs €6.50 (expensive).
You can't get a mixed doner kebab.

A family-run Ristorante of high quality in a beautiful old house. You have to wait at the entrance to be taken to your table. An extensive selection of dishes plus daily recommendations await the guest. We chose a small salad and two pastas. The salad was fresh and crunchy, the pasta was of excellent quality, extremely tasty and plentiful. The dishes at the neighboring tables also looked very good. The dessert, on the other hand, was boring and way too expensive. For a large scoop of ice cream and some brittle without cream, €8.50 is far too expensive.
We were missing some bread or pizza rolls with dip or herb butter beforehand. This should be common in a ristorante of this quality. At the end there was a grappa on the house. As in most restaurants, there is a lack of staff, so everything took a little longer.
