I would prefer not to give a star. I've never experienced anything so unfriendly. They bring the wrong food and then I get extremely insulted because I insisted on the correct order. I'll never order here again
Is the only way to get local Asian food. The food is good, but not much more. I expect greasy pasta with nice sauce and crispy chicken at a pleasant price, that's what I got. Card payment not possible, which is incomprehensible these days.
A good shop was sold to an unsuspecting person who had the clever idea: I'm smart and want to make as much money as possible, so I'll sell crappy food for a lot of money, and the customers won't notice. Turns out: no one will ever come back to the shop. Unfriendly, wait times are far too long, everything is frozen, small portions, but high prices. The shop will be closing soon, and rightly so. What a shame.
We've ordered from there several times via Lieferando and are always impressed! The food is simply delicious. Special requests are also respected and implemented to perfection.
The portion size is perfect in my opinion—not too big, not too small. I especially like the vine leaves and rice. The bifteki and souvlaki are perfectly seasoned for my taste. Delivery is quite fast, and the drivers are always friendly.
Very tasty in itself and generally the best vegan kebab. It just varies a bit too much for me, depending on who is preparing the kebab. (maybe also whether delivery/collection, etc.). Sometimes the kebab is fuller or smaller, sometimes with more seitan, then the sauces are sometimes on top and sometimes on the inside of the flatbread, etc.
In the end it's always the same kebab but unfortunately you notice a few differences. If it was still consistently good then 5/5.
Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The pizza was badly burnt and barely edible. What was particularly annoying was that the prices apparently fluctuate daily – today the same pizza suddenly costs more than yesterday, for no apparent reason. This kind of behavior seems dubious and not very customer-friendly. Hygiene also leaves a lot to be desired: The shop seemed generally unkempt, which further spoiled my appetite. I will definitely not order from here again.
Because two ingredients were forgotten on my pizza, or they were out of them, or whatever, my pizza wasn't that great. Since then, I've been paying attention to Galina, for example.
Update: After several orders, I've been pleasantly surprised. There were more pizza rolls than I expected, and they were cheaper than at other pizzerias. Regarding the current order from March 23rd: The portion was great and delicious! Just pay attention to the instructions and who exactly the order is going to.
