If employees don't even know what they are selling there, I would say that they have been very poorly trained. Putting them there alone in the store for a shift is not only a nuisance for the customers, but also extremely unpleasant for the employees. Despite pre-ordering online, we waited 45 minutes because we didn't know how to prepare it and had to wait for a colleague (you could guess when she came). After 45 minutes we changed our mind to something the employee knew and finally came to an end. The teriyaki seemed a bit strange to me and had an unpleasant aftertaste that it didn't have otherwise. We won't be coming back again.

I got a Subway with tuna, but I could hardly taste the tuna, it was almost just bread. There was no mention of lettuce either and when I opened the sub it was so mushy, so unappetizing. Pity for my money.
