Ordered 2 chicken teriyaki. While both subs were being toasted, you could immediately see the employee topping another sub with pork salami. After my subs were taken out of the toaster, the employee topped my subs without changing her gloves. She simply reached into lettuce, cucumbers, etc. with her gloves. When she was informed that this was extremely unhygienic and that I had lost my appetite, I was informed that I should have said this earlier and not just when she was about to fill the sub. She was clearly informed that this was not my job and that she had to adhere to general hygiene standards. Other employees were also able to follow the conversation. However, they didn't apologize and didn't offer to redo the sub. Even when I was asked during the payment process if I wanted to make a menu out of the whole thing and was told no on the grounds that it spoiled my appetite, they didn't apologize. The employee is relatively young and has short black hair and a darker skin complexion.

Today I was in a Subway for the first time and luckily in this branch - the employee was super friendly, gave me great advice and really took time for me - the result was extremely tasty :-) Thanks again for this - if I stay here again at some point to stay overnight, I'll definitely come back 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
