This review doesn't even deserve a one-star rating. First, my order arrived incorrectly. I ordered two baguettes for my wife and me. My baguette was made from a different bread than the one in the order. I asked for a mild sauce and got a hot sauce. I ordered a baguette without tomatoes and corn for my wife because she has a corn allergy, and she received a baguette with corn and tomatoes. When I called to explain the situation, a man answered who didn't speak German and was completely impossible to communicate with. He kept insisting the order was correct. When I yelled at him and said my wife was allergic to corn, he said they would place a new order and send it to me. I waited 1.5 hours for the new order, but unfortunately, it never arrived. When I called again to ask where my order was, another man said they didn't know anything and hadn't heard anything about a new order, then hung up. I tried calling again, but no one answered, and after a while, they switched the phone off. I haven't received a refund or a new order. That's called theft!! I don't know if children or mentally ill people work there, but I don't recommend ordering from this place. They simply extort people and order according to their own ideas, not the way someone wanted them!!!!
