What's wrong with the store? Months ago it was significantly better, especially when it came to service. Nowadays you only meet dissatisfied employees who don't seem to really enjoy their job. I used to regularly come to lunch with my colleague to get my meatless teriyaki and BMT. But I also wonder where the guy with his motorcycle went? We always had a good chat with each other. And what about the little employee with the dark hair who often worked with him back then? You probably won't even see them anymore. It's a shame about the store. If you don't love your job, you might want to consider doing something else instead of dealing with customers. You just don't feel like going there anymore just to be looked at stupidly!
