This review is only for the manager Nadine and not for the food. This is always typically delicious from Subway. She was never really friendly in her dealings with me and probably with the other customers too. There was never a nice hello and she never had a smile on her face. You could sense their lack of motivation. But today the arch was overstretched. Me and my girlfriend just asked if she could do 2 subs in 8 minutes because that was when our bus came. We were then informed that she cannot look into the future and does not know that. I then said to my friend that we have never been served so unfriendly here. When the cheese, salad, etc. came on top, it was just thrown on carelessly. When she was taking the exam, she gave them passive aggressive answers or asked questions the whole time. The look on her face showed us that she wasn't interested in us. When my friend was asked about the sauce, she said Chipotle. She asked angrily, hot or medium hot. My friend said normal. She replied that we didn't and my friend had to decide between medium and hot. Now let's be honest, I've been going to Subway for years and they've had the extra hot chipotle sauce for a few months now. Every Subway employee knows what regular chipotle sauce is. The fact that she acted so stupidly was just provocative and didn't work at all. I'm not saying she's stupid either, I'm just saying she acted stupid here. I'm really stunned. Especially as a manager, you should be able to deal with customers. This behavior was absolutely unacceptable, unfriendly, cheeky and, above all, unfair. I was really disappointed. Maybe Subway itself can teach her how to deal with customers better, because it's definitely not acceptable. Maybe it's my fault because I asked if she could get the order in 8 minutes, but I don't think so.
