I got something there on my lunch break. Went super fast despite other customers. Nice staff. Recommended :D EDIT 05.11.24: Both today and two days before the waitresses were subtly unfriendly. 2 out of 3 people. Totally annoyed facial expressions, derogatory tone. Not to mention the uncoordinated work, so that toasted subs are just lying around, but new orders are still being taken instead of getting them ready first. I understand that it's stressful at times. All good. But you still have to remain professional and nice in a job like this, in my opinion. Apart from that, you don't even have time to scan the app. No, it is assumed that payment is by card, you get an annoyed roll of your eyes when you politely ask if you can scan the app. Unfortunately I really have to go down from the first impression of 5 stars to just 2. I really don't think it's cool. Know better locations. EDIT 04/02/25: I was back yesterday after a long time. And what can I say? The service was even worse, I really have to take a star down, same with the food. There were three customers in front of me. Two behind me. Of course a little stressful. But that doesn't justify the fact that, as mentioned above, you are treated unfriendly, especially at the checkout. And at Subway there is a regulated process, just as how many cucumber slices should be put on the sub. Then WHY do you do it differently? It brings nothing but confusion. Why should I pay straight away when my sub is in the oven and let the customers get their sub in front of me? Then why should you squeeze through, pay, squeeze back again or, better yet, say what you want on the side? Most of the time everything is assumed. Why not just: “What’s allowed on it?” No. All I get is a “With everything?” and the handle already goes to the salad. I personally don't think it's good. And then you get rudely jostled at the checkout, no time to scan the app, 20€ order points lost. Even when you asked, you were ignored, the EC reader was slammed down and that was it. The quality of the food has also somehow decreased? Comparing how much salad is made on two identical subs, for example, is very interesting. With only 4 ingredients, very little salad. The other one has everything, lettuce galore. How come? There are regulations about how much should be added so that everyone is equal, or have I missed something? I would rather go to other locations, but unfortunately this location is the closest to work...

Stunned, never again! Of the food we ordered, the chicken in one sub and one wrap were no longer edible...the meat was definitely bad and no longer suitable for consumption (I think giving something like that out to customers is very borderline!). After several attempts to reach the company by phone, which were unsuccessful, contact was made with the delivery service. According to the delivery service, the owner will refuse to refund the amount. Thanks for nothing. I've never experienced anything like that. Never again! Food for the trash and dealing with customers even more so!
