I was at Subway today at 10:01 p.m., half an hour before the official closing time, and found that the store was already completely closed. The lights were off, there were no employees left - apparently they simply closed earlier. I made a special effort to go there to buy something - and then something like this! As a paying customer, I expect a company to stick to its own opening hours. This is just disrespectful to the customers. This also reflects the quality of the staff - just as unreliable as the opening times. I am absolutely upset and disappointed. This complaint can also be forwarded to the district manager. It would be nice if something finally changed here!
