I've given the subway in Neckarau several chances now and unfortunately I have to say I'd rather drive 10 minutes longer to Hockenheim The orders are not understood / or you get the wrong one or ingredients are simply forgotten even though they are on the counter and people plead that the staff is right - the customer is NOT king You can tell from the staff that they don't enjoy their job And some dishes are not prepared even though the ingredients are visibly there I'm really sorry but I recommend everyone to go to Hockenheim because the food is fun too

The staffs Kuldeep and another old Indian man were very rude while serving . We just asked them for the vegan options and firstly they were not sure about what is right and when we asked them to make a few changes the got defensive and got angry.will never visit this place again . Thank you for the service.
