A few months ago, I was there with my family, and we/I thoroughly enjoyed the food. The staff was very nice and friendly – ​​even with our special requests. It's even wheelchair accessible. We'll definitely be back sometime.

It's easily the best döner I've ever had! Cannot recommend this enough. Also, the guy who makes them is really nice.

I made a reservation for a large group (approx. 45 people) by phone about 6-7 months before the event. I also visited in person and clarified initial questions regarding the price per person for the buffet. They said I should expect to pay at least €25 per person. As the date approached, I called again to clarify further details – I was supposed to email my questions/ideas (number of people/budget, etc.). No sooner said than done, but no response. After a second email, I received a cancellation out of the blue. I immediately called and asked why I had received a cancellation despite having made the reservation. At first, I received specious comments about my budget being too low, even though that was what I had been told. Ultimately, it turned out that a wedding party wanted to book the hall that day – and it immediately became clear to me that this would bring in more money. Finding accommodation for such a large group at such short notice is always a challenge. But luckily, there are a few more trustworthy restaurants in Görlitz (e.g., DaVinci) where I was able to accommodate such a large group at short notice. If I had canceled the booking at such short notice, I probably wouldn't have been able to wait long before the damage claim would have come in. That restaurant will never see me again.

I honestly couldn't define what was in my kebab. Could have been a cat. Definitely didn't like it. And at such a high price... Not good!

Sehr schönes Ambiente in toller Lage. Mitten in der Altstadt. Der Service ist klasse. Das Essen allerdings war nicht so gut - die Suppe (schlecht) aufgewärmt und dafür viel zu teuer, die Pasta allenfalls mittelmäßig. Übernachten Top - Essen eher nicht.
