My favorite restaurant in Marsberg

Good restaurant with fine cuisine at fair prices. Another insider tip in Lippstadt. I'd love to come here. The staff is attentive and the location is quiet in the countryside.

I am a repeat offender!! I was there with some fellow patients from the Aggertal Clinic. Food is top. Service and staff very good and attentive. Additional bonus, we were picked up from the restaurant and driven back again for free!! No long waiting times. Have already reserved a table again. Any time.

We visited the Engels restaurant in the castle again on Tuesday and were very impressed again. The new menu impresses with great dishes, such as the “Caught zander on black pudding risotto” and “Two kinds of deer with pointed cabbage and homemade Schupfnudeln” that we selected. First of all, we decided on Vitello Tonnato, which was served once as a tartare and once in one piece, and a wild garlic tea with dim sum. Everything is super delicious. We were treated to fine wines by the super friendly service. The ambience with velvet sofas is cozy and homely. We also think it's particularly great that increased emphasis is placed on animal welfare, sustainability and regionality when selecting products. Commendable and worth supporting!

Cozy Spanish restaurant with the opportunity to sit outside in a sheltered place. Food was great.

It was very beautiful and even better in sunshine or evening sun. E-bikes can be parked easily! Train station, parking spaces and cycle path right outside the door. We will definitely repeat. Due to lack of petsonal, not always open, which is the case almost everywhere.

So, I was invited to brunch today and it was excellent! I can only recommend it! Drinks came quickly too! Service was in a good mood! Top

Family-run restaurant with top quality. The food was excellent. The mussels we ordered in advance were of top quality and the “Viennese style” schnitzel was also really great. The service was, as always, without any complaints. Always my pleasure

Very nice and excellent food. The selection of non-alcoholic drinks is unfortunately the usual. We both expected much more. The price-performance ratio is good.

This review is for the restaurant; I can't say anything about the hotel: Great ambience, fantastic food, friendly and highly professional service. A "noble Italian" that doesn't charge corresponding prices. We are from out of town and finding this place was a bit of a fluke because we were looking for something close to our event location. We'll be back! :-)

Really recommended. Pleasant atmosphere, very committed owners and excellent food. Since everything is freshly prepared, you have to take a little time and patience - but it's worth it. We'll be back, even with friends.
