To be honest, I don't remember what flavor explosions we ate, but the fact is that over the course of 5 hours or more, one culinary delight followed the next. The pumpkin soup was my highlight. Also, I don't really like pears at all but this one was divine. The cocktails are also great!

Unfortunately the food isn't that good, the schnitzel was out of the deep fryer and the burger was still raw. Tips cannot be paid by card.

Very tasty food, very good service and reasonable prices. Unfortunately it is closed on July 1st, 2024. We are opening a new restaurant in Aldekerk.

We ordered asparagus for lunch today. It came completely raw, felt like it had come from the microwave, accompanied by potatoes in their skins with centimeter-long sprouts. After complaining and cooking it again in the microwave, the plate came back in the same condition. We then paid €20 for 2 glasses of wine and a bottle of water and left. Never again…

Ordered there so often but today was really the highlight! Food ordered before 9 p.m. should be delivered at 9:45 p.m. 10 p.m., nothing. Called, the lady on the phone said she should be there any moment, 11 p.m., still nothing and no one is answering the phone anymore. According to the app, the food was supposedly delivered. How outrageous that is is beyond belief! Just cheeky!!! In the end, despite calling, the food never arrived! Ordered there last time!

What can I say, I haven't eaten something so tasty in a long time. The products are fresh and of the best quality. If you don't want to eat everyday food, you've come to the right place - it's extraordinary and the way the dishes work together is unique. A real culinary delight. There are delicious aperitifs and the wines are also first class. It's a pleasant and nice calm atmosphere, with quiet chilling music in the background. We would like to thank Leon very much for the great service and always the excellent food. We're always happy to come back and keep it up.

We would like to expressly agree with the positive reviews - we were there for the third time today and each time we ate very well, especially when you take into account the more than fair prices. We would especially like to highlight the small but really good salad buffet and the wonderfully crispy fries. The ambience in the long-established clay jug has been given a fresh touch by the new operators. Everything looks bright and tidy. But the service deserves the greatest praise. One evening we were brought the wrong dish, but we accepted it so that the dish didn't have to be thrown away. The boss emphatically refused to charge for the meal in question - which we would have been happy to pay for, after all, we had eaten it. Tip, top and gladly again! Thank you, Tonkrug team!

I was there for the first time today. First of all, about my food (sweet and sour duck): the portion sizes are good, the vegetables were crunchy, but unfortunately the rice was sticky and the overall taste of the food was absolutely bland. You'll probably get more of a taste experience if you buy a ready-made dish. The waitress/cook wasn't unfriendly in direct contact, but otherwise totally listless. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it, especially not for the price - if I had known what it tasted like, I wouldn't have bought it for half the price. By the way, judging by all the leftovers in the dish return, it seems like it wasn't just me that happened. What a shame!

You can go bowling or drink there. Eating from the buffet is included if you rent a train. Unfortunately the food tastes poor and is very greasy.

We got currywurst and fries there today to take away. After all, it's lock down. The curry sauce was an insult to the Dutch people. Watery, tasteless, without pizzazz. The fries would have been fatal for a “hypertension patient.” They definitely won't see me again.
