We spent part of our Christmas party here and were really excited. Starting with the warm welcome, through the consistently very attentive and friendly service, to the MEGA food, everything was 100% perfect. In particular, the main courses such as steak and saddle of venison were so well prepared that they were second to none. Thank you very much for your hospitality! We will definitely come back.

Yesterday, I happened to be at the Stork factory outlet with my mother. We were a little hungry, so we went into the brand-new, renovated canteen for a bite to eat. I was so incredibly surprised. The decor and furnishings are so elegant and cozy. The food is prepared like it was prepared by a Michelin-starred chef, and it tastes so delicious. I can't even put it into words. I absolutely have the utmost praise for the service, the chef, and the entire facility. It's so cozy and truly invites you to linger and relax. Whether for brunch or lunch, even a small snack is definitely worth a visit to the canteen. The prices are definitely in line with the dishes. There's open seating, some quieter seating for business meals; there's something for everyone, and I give my highest praise to the entire canteen, including the service and the chef. The dishes are lovingly garnished and prepared by the chef. I can recommend the canteen/restaurant to everyone. We will definitely be back soon to try a new dish. Beautiful chairs and sofas, really chic solid wood tables—the restaurant is simply top-notch. In summer, you can enjoy brunch on the outdoor terrace, and the large parasols provide enough shade for a cozy meal together. I could write so much more, just try it for yourself and you won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, the name "Kantine" doesn't match the quality and ambiance at all. The canteen has better food and better decor than the whole of Halle. Lunch specials change daily. Good prices and quality. Overall, a 15/10. 😉😉😉🫶🏼

We had arranged to meet up here for schnitzel with friends who already knew the restaurant. A nice country pub with bowling alleys, indoor dining and delicious food. We ordered Jägerschnitzel with fries, croquettes and salad. The drinks came quickly. Since there was a lot going on, it took a little longer to eat. But then there was the biggest and tastiest Jägerschnitzel with fries that I've ever had on my plate! (And there were very, very many) Salad is great too. Service (boss) super friendly. You'll be happy to go there again! We were there again this evening 01/27/24. Everything was great as always. Unfortunately we have learned that the restaurant will be closed from February 18th, 2024. A successor is not yet in sight. A sad news. We wish you all the best for your retirement!

We celebrated our wedding here in September 2024 and it was simply perfect. Our guests and we were thrilled with the food and the service. The space was really nice and the rooms were also very comfortable and comfortable. The contact was always friendly, the implementation was flawless and uncomplicated, and the collaboration with other service providers also worked great. We are really completely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend the country hotel. Thank you very much to everyone involved for the wonderful day!

Unfortunately, the kebab plate is not good at all. The fries taste like fat and the kebab meat is a kind of pressed meat, so it's not a real kebab skewer. Unfortunately, the salad was also too oily. The service was good and friendly, but unfortunately the food wasn't good.

Hello....I've known Gerhold for a very long time...still as a village pub...it's a great bistro with a beer garden....food is great....only the kitchen is too small...so you have to wait longer for the food when it's full....that's why only four stars...but absolutely recommended....😎🤘

Simply delicious – no matter what you eat there. I regularly come from Bielefeld because I find the dish “Crispy Lemongrass Chicken with Rice” so delicious. 🫣😊
