We really liked it here, the service was super friendly and the food was very tasty and the portions weren't exactly small. We'll definitely come back here.
Now under new management, this is a fantastic restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious, the service is fast and attentive, and the prices are absolutely fair!
We had arranged to meet up here for schnitzel with friends who already knew the restaurant. A nice country pub with bowling alleys, indoor dining and delicious food. We ordered Jägerschnitzel with fries, croquettes and salad. The drinks came quickly. Since there was a lot going on, it took a little longer to eat. But then there was the biggest and tastiest Jägerschnitzel with fries that I've ever had on my plate!
(And there were very, very many)
Salad is great too. Service (boss) super friendly. You'll be happy to go there again! We were there again this evening 01/27/24. Everything was great as always. Unfortunately we have learned that the restaurant will be closed from February 18th, 2024. A successor is not yet in sight. A sad news. We wish you all the best for your retirement!

Very good coffee and everything that goes with mourning coffee. Delicious rolls, rich, tasty cold cuts and chilled drinks. Friendly atmosphere and enough space.
Nice little pub, I often come there to watch football. But you could also play soft darts.
The landlord is great, always has an eye on the glass and is open to requests.
Excuse me, but what is that sticking to the skewer? That's not meat, is it? That tasted like sawdust! Is this a vegan kebab or what? I have no idea what you're all eating, but it can't be meat. I was just passing through and got hungry quickly... after that I couldn't even continue because I got such a bad stomach upset and then had diarrhea for two days. I don't know how you all digest this stuff. Here in Franconia, kebab skewers are made from sliced meat. Not made of sawdust or whatever. Are all your skewers like this? This is actually nutritional garbage, eating something like that is really not good. Also to say, I was served extremely poorly and had to wait forever because another customer with a large order was simply brought forward even though I was there beforehand. I didn't find it nice.
Everything was beautifully presented, no question about it. Unfortunately, it's far too expensive, which is probably why there are hardly any guests on a Saturday evening. Too bad...
