Fried potatoes, for example, as an optional change, are too expensive and some have black spots, even on the little bacon. Something like that shouldn't leave the pass. There is no excuse there. If I as a guest do not complain about this directly, it is due to past failure and my politeness towards the friendly service. The chef is responsible here. In the past we tended to overlook this as prices were just acceptable even in 2024 and perfectly acceptable before that. Simple schnitzel now over 20, champion cream schnitzel over 23, giant knuckle almost 22, all side dishes, even mustard with a minimum of 0.90 cents, to name just a few examples.
