We got a kebab pizza to take away on Friday evening around 9pm. The pizza was very tasty and was freshly made, I used pepperoni instead of onions but that also cost extra, as did the sauce. I find that a bit unnecessary, even if it's only 1 euro. I can't say much more about it, I would categorize the shop as a classic train station kebab shop (next to the bus station). Nothing special, but warm and ok.

We celebrated my father's 80th birthday. Ordered for 50 people, with the promise of sitting in the large room. Unfortunately that didn't work. The food was good but underwhelming (mainly Turkish food, no lamb). The dessert was clearly not enough, less than 50 glasses. The price per person for the buffet (rice and potatoes as side dishes) is €84. In addition, costs for sinks, table decorations... will be charged. Unopened water bottles (€5.90) ​​that were left on the table were charged. The “champagne reception” was charged at €45 per bottle. The, in my opinion, excessive prices cannot be explained by inflation and can in no way be justified by the location. For a celebration from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on a Saturday, over €5,000 should be paid. We were definitely there for the last time.

January 7, 2025 I was on the way home and just wanted a quick tomato soup and an apple spritzer. It didn't take long before the friendly waitress came with a bowl of what was supposed to be tomato soup. The contents were just a can of shredded tomatoes warmed up in the microwave. No salt, no pepper, no sugar, no olive oil, no herbs or other spices (except the basil leaf on top)... nothing. Then the cook put the bowl with the canned tomatoes in the microwave and left it lukewarm. The chef showed me as a guest all the contempt he probably has for guests. No thanks... the store won't live long... and they don't have to wonder why... sorry
