The food was ok, nothing that I would say was culinary exceptional. We ordered wild boar schnitzel and tarte flambée. Unfortunately, the wild boar schnitzel didn't taste like game at all and the tarte flambée had very heavy fillings... It tasted okay, but not like I had to pay another visit.
I highly recommend this place to every resident and guest in Jüterbog. It has the best grilled bratwurst for miles around. I'd like to eat it every day if I could. But my family doctor is getting on my nerves. I wish all guests a good appetite.
Picked up sandwich 🥪 including fries 🍟 on the first day, everything was great.
On the second day there were no fries and neither was anything else that was written below on the board. The reason was that the supplier wasn't there yet... ok, I can understand everything, but since the fries weren't homemade anyway, just go to the shop next door (it's 2 meters away, so it's even in the same building as your shop) and get fries there and put them in the deep fryer!!
Then you want to pay and you don't have any change, so as a customer I had to go to the store next door and change money. To be honest, that doesn't work at all, then the salesperson has to go into the store himself and change the money and not tell the customer go change the money. Card payment is also not offered and that in 2023 👎
The price for the food was really great and I thought it tasted good too.
Don't let the pictures fool you, it was really tasty, unfortunately the sandwiches were a bit crumpled but it wasn't bad, it was also available to take away.
The room smelled like a lavatory. The food was awful. The only really edible thing was the taboulleh and the bottle of water. The baba ganoush was out of a tin and awful. We should have left when we walked in rather than trusting the reviews.
The food tastes like Grandma's!
We've been to the Kolibri restaurant many times, and the food has ALWAYS been delicious. German cuisine, tastes like Grandma's. The schnitzel and chicken fricassee are highly recommended. Definitely a recommendation!
We come directly from a village in the neighborhood and have heard some positive things about the country house “Zu Stücken”. After we had to go to a half-empty restaurant at the end of last year with the words "not reserved - then nothing works here" without having accomplished anything, we now tried making a reservation again. First the good: the walnut ice cream was delicious! Incomprehensible: many of the dishes advertised on the menu were no longer available at lunchtime. That shows not so good performance. The poacher's pan (or something similar) came to the table as an indefinable mass - in terms of taste it was just average. There are restaurants like the Metzgerwirt Laimach who can do this perfectly when the restaurant is overcrowded, but in pieces it doesn't work for a few guests... The Broth from Stücken Weiderind was ordered as the main course and only came as a starter, and only lukewarm. Food and drinks were "passed through", I know that from the snack bar on the corner, but not from a restaurant that is not in the snack area in terms of price. To be fair, I have to say that the food wasn't so bad that I thought about it all over again, but I'll certainly spend my money on more sophisticated restaurants in the future - and often and happily.
It's always nice for us as club members to be catered for so well and in a friendly manner, even if we wish before the official opening hours, thank you for that.
