We were at TSV on April 4th, 2025 with 10 people. Despite being busy, we didn't have to wait long for our tasty food. Thank you for the good hospitality.

The food and the atmosphere is nice however the service done by a lady with black hair who’s short was very unfriendly with a bad attitude. This wasn’t a first experience where she would act that way as I do come over every now and then but that server was a no go. No smile at all, looking at you with an attitude. Even with the smallest request. I also saw how she treated other puma employees which was not great! Definitely need better lessons at customer service! The foods are delicious however it is pricey so get ready to spend a huge amount just for a small sandwich (around 6€)

Perfect location for a wedding! The team was always friendly and everything went great from start to finish. We wanted Pakistani food, and that wasn't a problem either. Our guests also loved the food and are still raving about it.

There was a lot of dust in the room and I couldn't sleep because it itched. This morning I wanted to take a shower, but there was no hot water. The positive thing was that the receptionist was very committed and gave me a room to shower. I was very disappointed with the breakfast offer and would look for an alternative next time in Augsburg. The hotel is quite built up and consists of several buildings. The fitness facility is relatively manageable. I was supposed to pay 15 euros separately for the wellness area, but when I booked it wasn't clear that I had to pay an extra charge.

For me, periwinkle is a dream...I would love to eat like that every day! It would be nice to have a glass for juice or smoothie when you sit down to eat instead of the paper cups.

Super friendly, super friendly and super furnished. The service is super friendly and if you have to wait they offer you a place to sit. The pizzas also taste great and you can't complain about anything. I think the pizzeria is great and 100% recommended!🤩

I love going there for lunch with the family on Sundays. I'm always more than satisfied that the food is wonderful!

The "Theos Lounge" is a hotel bar & restaurant with a large outdoor area in the inner courtyard of the "Pullman Hotel". There were two of us here for dinner. Despite the nice weather, the table was set up inside; The re-roofing outside was done with a bit of annoyance. Afterwards the service became friendly and attentive, What we particularly liked: the shared starter “Crispy Breznstückchen” was also shared on the bills. Unfortunately there is no food or drink menu on the website and no pictures of the outside area. The drinks were good; the food too. However, a small vegetable curry that only contains rice and vegetables is very overpriced at €18 per month!

Top price-performance very good food but only at lunchtime an Italian cantina. but at its finest. highly recommended.
