Wir wurden anfangs nicht beachtet, obwohl uns der Seniorchef hinter dem Tresen wahrgenommen hatte. Die alten Holzsitzbänke im Hauptraum sind sehr unbequem. Verabschiedet wurden wir ebenfalls nicht. Keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre! Es wird nur Barzahlung akzeptiert, keine EC- oder Kreditkarte!
Had spaetzle with onions and was very satisfied with the dish 😃 Unfortunately, the pilsner was only available from the bottle.. Otherwise, this is a very rustic restaurant in Friedberg 🤗
My steak would certainly have been delicious if it hadn't already been sitting around for fifteen minutes. Unfortunately, cold steak isn't that tasty. Nothing like that would have happened with Maurizio.
There is still one star for the warm service Monika 💜

Very nice inn with friendly staff and good food. Everything is very neat and clean.

We were there on a Monday evening and it was busy but not overcrowded.
Were here a year ago and we really liked it. Went there with our guests and left very disappointed. It was freezing cold. The heating has probably been broken for 2 months and the two heaters installed haven't made it any better. A note when making the reservation by telephone, or at the latest when entering the restaurant, would have been a given. After ordering, we waited a very long time, about 75 minutes, for the food. And in the cold - not nice. The food was tasty, the service did its best, but unfortunately it's not possible to enjoy fine food in jackets. Too bad.
Completely overpriced, the menu in the display case was moldy, half of the menu was no longer available on Sunday evenings. Not even the simplest snack available.
I don't even know where to start right now. First and foremost, I'm terribly disappointed and angry.
My girlfriend and I met there for dinner to start our girls' night out. After a short wait we were assigned a table. The menus took a long time to arrive and were then distributed to two tables that arrived after us. When we asked, we got at least one ticket for two people (it's okay, it was enough for us).
The drinks were taken and took a while to arrive.
The restaurant was well stocked, but not completely full.
One employee then brought us the drinks and another employee took the food. And then we sat there at our table and had a good chat.
In the meantime, the people who arrived after us were gradually getting their food.
There was no eye contact from the employees so that you could wave someone over. We didn't want to be impatient either, because sometimes it takes a while. When there was eye contact and we were able to ask about our food, we said: "Oh, I don't know how that happened, it wasn't typed!"
After waiting for 1.5 hours, we paid for our total of 2 drinks and left the restaurant hungry.
It's a shame, but something like that simply shouldn't happen.
