We had a Christmas party there. Nice innkeepers, nice regulars' table, really good food. Only recommended!

Coffee, you could see through it so thin, fries ok, mayonnaise just surcharge without informing me 50 cents. No napkin, tables all dirty and unfortunately probably from last night. Service was catastrophic, a second man came over when I asked. Fries cost €3.50. He looked cheekily over the counter and I stopped arguing with an okay.. Hopefully it won't be the little ones 9 year old ripped off in the summer. Poor Königsbad, the lifeguards are so super nice.

Unfortunately the owner passed away.....rest in peace "Florio".....

We come from the Lüneburg Heath and were there today. The food was excellent, the owner was very, very friendly! We will definitely come back there. For me one of the best restaurants I've been to so far.

The scoop cellar is simply beautiful, homely and cozy. Service was nice and quick. Prices very fair. Portions very good and it just tastes good :-) The landlady is simply an institution. You can always come up with daily variations on the menu. I think it's nice that the cellar focuses on traditional and uncomplicated dishes and they are very tasty. Where else does a dish like fried potatoes with quark taste so good? And in contrast to other cellars, the landlady doesn't notice every price increase... The shovel cellar is also open in winter. The cellar house is tiny, but very quaint and cozy. Yes, when it's full it gets loud inside, but that's just because of the size and with the regular guests and the regularly familiar faces, the cellar has a very familiar atmosphere. It's easy to get into conversation and everyone is very nice. The way you are greeted also has something of a “coming home” feel to it. In any case, I hope that I can go there for many more years.

The food and prices are okay, certainly not cheap, but it's a bad bistro. The portions are okay, the pizza was delicious. However, the cleanliness is, with all due respect, an absolute disgrace. The tables and chairs are sticky, and that's not just one-day dirt. The chairs certainly haven't seen a cloth in weeks. Dried-up ketchup, etc., etc. This is truly disgusting, please take care of this.
