I was there on the weekend. After 20 minutes I was allowed to place my order. I was looking forward to an apple strudel. After waiting an hour, I canceled my order. The service is friendly but overwhelmed. I followed up twice to see where the order was. It was said that they were asking questions, but there was no concrete response. The next table was served before me, even though the guests arrived much later. When asked about it, they just said that there was nothing they could do about it, it was the kitchen's fault.
