Die Wartezeit bis endlich eine Bedienung kam war ewig wartenten fast 50 Minuten. Und beim abkassieren das gleiche. Zwischendrin kam auch niemand und fragte ob man noch was wollte. Vielleicht brauchen die keinen Umsatz.

Wurden an den Tisch gesetzt, danach nicht mehr beachtet, einer der Mitarbeiter hat sich währenddessen zu anderen gesetzt… nach 15-20min sind wir dann gegangen

Bedienung ist einigermäßen freundlich, aber nicht auf Zack obwohl wenig los war.

Ich war an einem sehr sonnigen Samstag Nachmittag zu Kaffee und Kuchen dort. Der Kuchen war ausgezeichnet, und man kann wunderbar draußen sitzen an der Nagold. Da es recht voll war, lief der Service etwas schleppend. Aber die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir hatten eine Feier mit ca 50 Personen im Longwy. Das Buffet war gut und ausreichend, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Longwy war für den Abend optimal. Die Lage ist sehr schön, etwas abseits von der Innenstadt, direkt am Fluß. Die Orga vorab verlief unkompliziert und auf unsere „extra“ Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Für kleine und größere Gruppen empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Location am Nagoldufer , freindliches Personal , sehr aufmerksam . Schön auch für Radfahrer zur kurzen Halt auf einen guten Kuchen und Kaffee , oder schönes Eis. Komme immer wieder gerne hierher .

Leider zu den letzten Jahren sehr nachgelassen

Am 9.5.2026 einen Cappuccino bestellt. Bekommen: Eine Tasse wässrige Milch mit einem Hauch Kaffee Geschmack. Getränk war nicht einmal lauwarm. Nur eklig. Und das für 4,80€ . Nie mehr wieder und nicht zu empfehlen 👎

Im Sommer sitzt man schön im Aussenbereich direkt an der Nagold

Eigentlich gut. Aber sobald hier viel los ist bricht das absolute Chaos aus. Viel zu wenig Personal für die Anzahl an Plätze. Rechnet damit nicht bedient zu werden oder ewig zu warten.

Ambiente sehr schön. Mussten aber eine halbe Stunde warten bis wir unsere Getränke bekamen, während andere deutlich schneller bedient worden sind. Getränke waren demnach dann leider auch nicht mehr kalt und standen wahrscheinlich dementsprechend schon eine Weile rum.

Burger war sehr sehr lecker und innerhalb 15min fertig, allerdings haben wir weit über 30min auf 2 Bier und 2 Fanta gewartet... Peinlich wenn die Küche schneller ist als die Bar.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, der Service hingegen unterirdisch. Unterbesetzt, langsam, ineffizient, nicht besonders freundlich… Lokal profitiert einzig und allein von der Lage.

Schöne Lage direkt am Fluss. Wir saßen draußen in der Sonne, wirklich sehr schön. Das Service Personal war etwas überfordert und hat zweimal die Bestellung verwechselt, aber es waren auch zu wenig Leute für zuviele Gäste. Gegessen haben wir nichts, obwohl das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut aussah.

Die Lage direkt an der Nagold ist sehr schön. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Der Latte Macchiato hat sehr dünn geschmeckt und was uns wirklich gestört hat, war der ungepflegte Eindruck vom Lokal. Die Speisekarten waren eingerissen, ausgefranst und schmuddelig und sahen auf allen Tischen so zerfleddert aus und das ist das Erste, was man in die Hand nimmt und vermittelt natürlich den ersten Eindruck. Beim Latte war kein Unterteller dabei (ergibt natürlich weniger Geschirr zum spülen), aber wohin mit dem Löffel und Papiertrinkhalm? Ständig in der Hand behalten oder auf dem unhygienischen Tisch ablegen? Dann bitte eine dünne Serviette anstatt dem Trinkhalm, den man sowieso nie benutzt. Essen wollten wir in diesem Lokal nichts.

Essen schmeckt nicht, Fleisch vom Burger viel zu durch, Bowl schmeckt nach nichts, Lebensmittel sind nicht hochwertig / keine gute Qualität

Super Service und sehr leckeres Essen, für alle ist etwas dabei. Durchgehend geöffnet, Kartenzahlung ist kein Problem. Was will man mehr?

Wir haben heute 40 min gewartet um zu bestellen. Wir haben mehrmals nachgefragt.. sind dann ohne etwas zu trinken gegangen. Wir saßen draußen und draußen waren wenige Tische besetzt.

Eine halbe Stunde zu warten, um zu bestellen, ist schon viel.

Schöne Aussenplätze, bei Sonnenschein im Winter oder Frühjahr perfekt. Blick auf die Nagold und Stadtpark. Am Rand der Innenstadt Perfekt.

Die Nudeln waren mit Abstand die schlechtesten, die ich je gegessen habe. Geschmacklich absolut enttäuschend und für mich wirklich ungenießbar. Für die Qualität, die hier serviert wird, sind die Preise viel zu hoch. Insgesamt hatte ich leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung und hatte das Gefühl, dass hier noch viel an Professionalität fehlt. Das Einzige, was ich positiv hervorheben kann, ist das schöne Ambiente. Trotzdem werde ich definitiv nicht noch einmal kommen und kann das Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to enjoy the meal because I simply wasn't served. After 20 minutes, I gave up and left. I made intense eye contact with several waiters. There were sometimes three of them standing behind the counter, and it wasn't very busy. I don't understand. I used to wait tables myself...

The food (burgers) was very good, but the service was rather poor. While we were still eating, plates were being cleared away, and the food was being eaten. Drinks were also incorrectly charged on the bill. The ambiance is nice, especially with the terrace.

A good, cozy little restaurant. More like a bar, but the food is really delicious 😋. It was packed outside, and the tables are a bit small for eating. So we sat inside, which was very cozy and quiet. Our table was dirty, which the server quickly cleaned with a rag. A screen was placed under the table. It was strange that this woman wasn't allowed to take our orders. Our waitress was very nice and quick. We had four burgers and an appetizer. Everything was really delicious, and there was plenty of it. The fries were especially good. We'd love to come back again.

We ordered a bowl and a drink. It looked delicious and tasted good until we noticed tiny creatures moving around on the fresh, somewhat shriveled spinach leaves. It didn't look cleaned, and the dish wasn't really prepared with much love. I didn't even get my drink, and it really wasn't that busy. They didn't even apologize. A lot of respect and friendliness can still be practiced here. Instead of standing at the counter, we suggest checking to see if guests need anything. The women's restroom has been missing a cistern cover for months, and it would be nice if someone would take care of it; that would also show appreciation for the guests. We've enjoyed going there often, especially because of the beautiful location right on the Nagold River, but as long as the quality of the food and service remains the same as it is now, we'll look elsewhere.

Ordered an Aperol Spritz yesterday. €7.80, but it wasn't an Aperol glass, and the glass wasn't even properly filled; it was full of crushed ice. Afterward, I went to bed with terrible heartburn, and I've had a stomachache in bed since this morning.

Very nice location, right on the Nagold River. The food is great, whether it's the tarte flambée or the super tasty burgers, highly recommended.

Went there for dinner today, had a chicken bowl... the chicken was turkey, the avocado was rock hard and inedible, no salt, pepper, or other seasoning. My husband's pasta, a soft penne mixed with very firm pasta, was also tasteless. Never again!!!!!! Even the beautiful spot by the water couldn't improve the food. The waitress expressed her regret, but you know that doesn't mean anything.

The service was friendly. The quality of the food really leaves a lot to be desired considering the price. The food was average, but the price was quite expensive, presumably because of the location right on the Nagold River.

We sat at our table for 30 minutes, and the waiter walked past the table several times. We weren't served. We left.

Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend it. It was busy, but we still managed to find a table on the terrace. The waiter even took our order, but apparently there wasn't enough business. After waiting 45 minutes for drinks, and after the tables next to us had already received their second drink orders while we were studiously ignored, we left disappointed. It was a very bad experience. It was a double visit the first and last time - never again!

The seating is not identical to the photo, some of it is now quite worn out! Price for alternative milk, way overpriced. Service very friendly. Prices generally higher.

I was there on the weekend. After 20 minutes I was allowed to place my order. I was looking forward to an apple strudel. After waiting an hour, I canceled my order. The service is friendly but overwhelmed. I followed up twice to see where the order was. It was said that they were asking questions, but there was no concrete response. The next table was served before me, even though the guests arrived much later. When asked about it, they just said that there was nothing they could do about it, it was the kitchen's fault. I expect a little more effort from a service person. The cocktail 🍸 was good, but quite expensive for a non-alcoholic one consisting only of juices at 8 euros.

Super tasty plate. The ambience could be made more out of it, the table wobbled terribly and couldn't be put down, but that just happens outside.

We spontaneously had a small meal one evening. I had a tarte flambée and a Malibu with passion fruit juice. It was very tasty, the service and the ambience at nagold were great. I'd be happy to come back!

Went there recently on a sunny weekend afternoon. At 3:00 p.m. there was already no cake left. The apple strudel that was ordered as a replacement came with a loveless blob of cold ready-made vanilla sauce and, completely inappropriately, was also generously garnished with chocolate sauce. The cappuccino unfortunately lacked the taste of real espresso, which is not possible at almost €5 for the (large) cup. Hearty cuisine and cocktails cannot be judged. So it was unfortunately a disappointment and no promotion to go there again.

Was here spontaniously on a weekday, during good weather. Unfortunately, other restaurants were closed during this time and was hoping to grab a quick bite as it was open. It was quite full outside, and some tables were reserved. I found a table that was open, and took a seat. The waitress came over and asked politely weather we are here to eat or not. We said, yes. Then she said that unfortunately the kitchen decided to take a break and not serve any food anymore. We found it unbelievable, as they are saying it is too much for them. I understand that, but please update this information for summer online, like other restaurants, they take a break during lunchtime and open later!

Beautifully located restaurant on the Nagold. You can relax well and also have a beautiful view of the Stadtpakk. The food and drinks were good and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The ambience is really nice right on the water, but the service is an absolute catastrophe, be it when it comes to ordering food and drinks and even worse the boat rental - several boats are standing there unused and they say there are no boats?! Absolutely no recommendation!!!

We wanted to sit down and have a drink at 11pm on a Saturday evening. Before that we even called and asked when they would be open. The internet says 00.30 and that's the minimum I would expect. If not, change your opening times to +-11 p.m. Then accusing us of lying, no one had called, luckily we still had the call list and could show it.

The audience was strange... typical Baden-Württemberg? In any case, it was troubleshooting for the three of us [couples] to be able to sit down. Despite the rain, no mercy of the guests. A Saarlander was willing to let us sit down. Recommendation to the host: more tables for two outside. & congratulations for the really nice service.

This restaurant can only be recommended to a limited extent! Food and location are good and nice but the staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful! If a table becomes available and you want to push two tables together because you need space for 6 people, the waitress will not allow you to do so and you will be sent away to another restaurant!

Nice location, but the service is a joke. We sat down at a free table that had been left a bit messy by our predecessors and had not yet been cleared away. Despite 30 minutes of waiting and multiple attempts to get the staff's attention, nothing happened. While our table was ignored, the staff took immediate care of the otherwise empty table next to us and even cleared away the jar of sugar sticks. In the end we left without an order. You really feel like a nuisance here. Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional.

The Longwy actually has real potential. A top location. Unfortunately, only money is made and nothing is invested in the store. In the outdoor area, the lounge is partially broken and the cushions are simply worn out and it's totally uncomfortable to sit. To the owner: Please take some money and invest in the future. You should also do the toilets!

Great location right on the Nagold in the center of the city of Nagold. The food is incredibly tasty, the service is excellent, always friendly and at reasonable prices. We always like to come back.

The restaurant is located directly on the Nagold with a beautiful view of the park. We were able to sit outside when the weather was nice and the restaurant was also well attended. I personally found the menu a bit outdated with lots of burgers and currywurst, but we found what we were looking for here too. Unfortunately, the fries I ordered with my burger were cold rather than warm. When I asked the waitress about it, I got an answer. She's sorry, but... - She wouldn't have cooked them. - She wouldn't have tried them either - She wouldn't have brought it to me either I find this answer disgraceful and disrespectful to a guest. Impossible. In this sense it deserves two stars.

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I called specifically Saturday lunchtime to make a reservation for 2 people at 7pm. The request was rejected on the grounds that you should just come along, you are guaranteed to find a free table. Puppy cake. All seats were occupied, we were made to wait. The waitress brought us over 15 minutes later because there was apparently a free table. A family suddenly objected that they would wait longer. Apparently they were completely forgotten. We were then told that a table was still available and that we should clarify with the family who would get it now (there was supposed to be one available already). We give priority to the family because they actually waited longer. Finally a table became available. We thought the nightmare was over. What we didn't know: we'll have to wait 30 minutes until we're finally served. I then ordered a turkey burger, which arrived after 30 minutes. The breading: burnt. I complained about the burger and a “new” one was brought 2 minutes later. Strangely enough, also with burnt breading. That's embarrassing, I complain about a burger precisely because of the burnt breading and they bring me another one that's burnt. How incompetent can you be? Of course I also complained about this. 30 minutes (!) later I got a new one without the burnt breading. There was no apology. My wife and I had had enough and wanted to leave the “restaurant” quickly and therefore asked for the bill. Again we were made to wait for about 20 minutes, even though we asked several times for the bill. While we were waiting for the bill, we heard at the table next door, where one of the waitresses was taking a break, how she and the other waitress who was responsible for the bill were making fun of the guests. "The butcher's aunt at the table on the left complained about the squished tomato on her burger, hehe." Yes, it's hilarious. I then asked the waitress to bring us the bill immediately, otherwise we would leave without it. Finally we were able to pay the bill and finally leave this place! The fact that you first have to make it clear in order to pay a bill is the absolute height of displeasure. Of course there were no tips. I can only recommend everyone to avoid this “restaurant” as long as you are not a masochist and enjoy bad service. Never again!

We celebrated our school anniversary at Longwy. From planning to implementation, we received excellent advice and support. Great atmosphere right on the water, great and very tasty buffet, friendly and attentive service - THANK YOU SO MUCH! We can only recommend the Longwy, whether for celebrations or simply for a private meal - everything is just right here, including the general price-performance ratio!

We are from the states. My wife was craving a burger in Germany. We ordered a simple cheese burger. It was perfect from bun to meat. The service was quick and folks working there were very friendly. One thing I couldn't understand was why I charged $4.50 for a glass of tap water???

The best thing about this place is the location, right on the river, next to the park. The map is clear. The available dishes are not that tasty. Unfortunately no dairy-free ice cream. It's enough for a quick drink. Service rather unsatisfactory. Employees spend their free time wearing clothes that look a bit strange, or have extremely long glitter fingernails, totally uncomfortable and grubby. They also have little idea about service...

Great location right on the water. Wonderful place to enjoy the view of the Nagold and the Kleb district when the weather is nice. Coffee mediocre.

Food just isn't good there for the price they charge. Following the owner's request for additional information: The problem is this: I've been eating there for a while, especially because of the burger, which I really liked. But over time these became more and more expensive due to inflation. If you just increased that, I wouldn't mind, since that's the way it is. But if you increase the prices and make the burger worse, I think it's just a shame. It could be that I ordered twice and was unlucky, but the patty became smaller and the vegetables almost disappeared. I ordered there with a friend and both of us only had a lettuce leaf and 2-3 small onion rings. I think that's a real shame, as there is no real alternative in Nagold that such citizens offer.

We tried the breakfast menu at Longwy today and found it a nice change with a fantastic view of the Neckar! We were welcomed very friendly. The breakfast buffet is manageable but great (scrambled eggs and sucuk highly recommended!). We look forward to the summer evenings in Longwy and would love to come back!

Today we made a stopover on our bike tour in Longwy. The food and drinks were all top. Super friendly service in a nice atmosphere...we'll definitely be back 😀.

The location is of course very nice, right on the river. Inside it's okay, nothing that stands out positively or negatively. The same applies to the food, which was ok, but nothing that I would necessarily have to go to Longwy for. The right location with very nice service for a sociable, quiet evening.

Here you can sit nicely on the banks of the Nagold, relax and watch others in the adjacent park, watch the ducks splash around or simply enjoy the food and drinks on offer in a lounge atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, but the work structure and the pace of the restaurant seem less than professional (sometimes always on their cell phones). If you have time and just want to enjoy the atmosphere, you can go here very well.
