Rarely experienced such bad service! We gave our mother a fondue evening for her birthday. When we made the reservation we also paid the 300 euros for the meal, so far so good. Unfortunately, my mother's brother-in-law passed away on the Monday before the reserved Saturday and on the same day I kindly asked if the reservation could be postponed to another day. It was then briefly and succinctly explained to me that if I had given notice the day before, the reservation would have been canceled without any problem. Since there are now not 7 days, but only 6 days before the reservation, I am welcome to cancel, but the 300 euros cannot be refunded to me... So we go to the fondue evening with another couple. The unprofessionalism continued: the plates for the fondue were set out on the tables, but at our table of 4 they were only for 2 people, which was then corrected when we pointed it out. Then we ordered a bottle of Merlot and the lady came with a Sauvignon Blanc. When we pointed out that we had ordered a Merlot, she walked away snidely, without apologizing, came back with the Merlot, slammed the unopened bottle on the table and left without a word. I've actually never experienced anything like that. There were also disgustingly dirty wine glasses and we were ignored when we asked for dessert. To mention a positive point, the ambience is very nice, but I have never experienced such bad hospitality! Definitely the first and last time!

We ate here and didn't think the price was right. As an example, I find gratinated sheep's cheese for 20 euros as shown on the plate cheeky. Side dishes salad packaged and served out of the bag so please!!!! The starter was good, I have to say. The ambience is ok. Service is not professional.

The store is the best, it's fresh, tasty and everyone is friendly. It tastes best with the boss, once it was forgotten or given out incorrectly but that can happen. If you complain or say something, the response will be quick and friendly. You can tell the store is being looked after and maintained. Keep it up!!!

Had a spontaneous lunch there. The schnitzel with fries was very tasty. Unfortunately, I only discovered after ordering that there was a kind of "lunch menu". I'll try that next time.

It used to be really perfect here. Our last visit was a complete disaster. The bruschetta (bread) is said to come from a wood-fired oven. It was so leathery that you couldn't cut or bite it. Really a shame. The pizza tasted very bland. The ambience is really great but unfortunately the service has deteriorated. We won't eat here anymore.

35 euros for the canteen conditions alone. No food, no interior, no conditions for such a price. Horror, horror. I'm just shocked that this is possible.
