The food is of good quality and nicely prepared. Maybe a little expensive, but that's a matter of opinion. We like being up there. Super great view. The staff is nice and accommodating.

One of my favorite places. Great location and an unforgettable view. Nice atmosphere with and without service. Delicious food and drink selection. Prices are adapted to the ambience. There is also a shuttle from the parking lot if you are not that good on foot. Simply a dream 😀

I would say this is really one of the most beautiful beer gardens in the region! Although you can't really call it a beer garden, because the ambience is much more sophisticated. There are beautiful seating areas, lounges and great tables everywhere. Everything is very lovingly decorated and you have a really great view from up there. As is generally the case in beer gardens, there is self-service here too, which makes the service not directly assessable. The selection of food is great and regional, as is the selection of drinks. The prices are absolutely appropriate for the atmosphere. A real highlight for everyone who likes to relax and enjoy in style!

Very beautiful and extraordinary location - perfectly located on the Heuchelberg with a fantastic view on two sides. Beautiful beer garden. You can choose between self-service and the full-service area. There are separate lounges and tents that can be reserved. The food was very good. The selection is pretty impressive too. There was nothing to complain about here but a lot to praise. The service staff are without exception very friendly, courteous and quick. The visit was worth it and we will definitely come back.

Very nice location. Ideal for eating out, weddings, birthdays and so on. Very nice view and delicious food. Definitely worth a visit. Park in the car park and either take a shuttle (1€ per person) or walk (10 minutes uphill) to the restaurant.

We recently had the pleasure of dining here and I must say, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to our server, Jonas! From the moment we were seated, Jonas went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our meal was perfect. He greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, instantly making us feel welcome and valued. Throughout the meal, Jonas was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was suggesting the perfect wine pairing or accommodating a special request with ease, his knowledge and professionalism shone through. We had the best evening here and would always come back!!!! - The bachelorette party :)

It was a place that was breathtaking. We were invited to the wedding. Everything was fine. Weather, food, service. I can only recommend it.

Beautiful location but completely overpriced, the latte macchiato was only 3/4 full and the large piece of cake was halved when purchased, but was shown as a large piece in the display! This was not communicated when ordering!

Not quite a typical beer garden. Yes, a little more classy with different subject areas. But the view is magnificent. The service was good. Du is often used as an event location or wedding location. There is also a larger in-house restaurant. Not cheap, but given the location...

Here I ate the worst fries of my life... Not a single one of the fries was edible, they were hard {I must have heard the bell ringing several times}, I think it's bold and would be ashamed to even serve something like that to people... And it's not that First time we went home disappointed...

Nice place with a great view, no question, but the prices are too expensive. A pork schnitzel with a mini portion of potato salad is not worth €21. You also have to keep in mind that there is no service here, so I wonder why you have to pay >5€ for a Hefeweizen. Price-performance is not right.

Very nice, courteous service, very clean and excellent cuisine with a large selection. If you can't find anything tasty here, you can't help it. Always very happy. A transport service can be ordered for disabled people.

Great location, beautifully situated with a great view. The food was also good. Unfortunately the service was completely overwhelmed. Long waiting times for drinks. Food didn't come together, so we couldn't eat together and sometimes even before the first drinks. There was no provision for replenishment of drinks either; you literally had to beg for it. Lots of potential, but unfortunately only mediocre overall!

You should definitely go there once. You can't go wrong here, the food was simply delicious and the service was incredibly friendly. The ambience was fantastic in the evening. The 4 stars only came about because the price here is 2 euros, but it was much more expensive. For one person you pay 60€ with a starter and dessert, which I found to be a bit higher than just 2 euros.

The view is very nice and the wine is good. The self-service with numbering system takes some getting used to.

Good food great view something for everyone

The Heuchelberger Warte is worth a visit. Great location, the view is unbeatable and the ambience is decorated with attention to detail. Both in summer and in winter. This time we were in a pagoda as a group and had our own table grills. Delicious salads, good side dishes and great meat to grill yourself.

Beautiful ambience! The staff is friendly and very accommodating, the food was excellent and beautifully prepared! A small downer: the water served (bottle) was "bath-warm"... That's not very refreshing when the outside temperature is around 30°C... But the rhubarb spritzer was wonderfully tasty and cold.

Our visit to the Heuchelberger Warte was an unforgettable experience! We were there with a large group including children and thoroughly enjoyed the day. The food and drinks were absolutely outstanding - every dish was a delight and was freshly and tasty prepared. Although it was raining heavily, thanks to the generous umbrellas we were able to sit outside, dry and comfortable, and continue the social gathering. Of particular note are the toilets, which were spotlessly clean and well maintained - a detail that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful. They really went out of their way to make our visit as pleasant as possible. A big thank you to the entire team for the excellent service! The view from the Heuchelberger Warte is simply breathtaking and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding area - a perfect place to unwind. We will definitely come back because this visit was certainly not our last. The Heuchelberger Warte is a real gem and a must for anyone in the area!

We spent our wedding here on July 13, 2024 in a smaller group (15 people) and booked the “Grillfestle”. So we were able to grill comfortably ourselves on table grills and at the same time had an attentive, friendly cellar with Jonas who provided us with drinks and supplies. We were very satisfied, the communication before and after was always uncomplicated and friendly, the service on site was great, the food was high quality and varied, the view was a dream and the weather was perfect. We would choose it again at any time.

The concept seemed a bit opaque to us, areas with and without service, where is/is there something? But nice, uniform ambience in green, white and wood, there are even a few deck chairs set up. Prices raised. We were only on the bike tour for a drinks break. Wonderful view, also from the tower.

The location is great. The food is ok. Service is not available. For self-service and sticky, crooked tables, the prices are beyond reality. Simplest fries for €6.50 with red sausage for €12.50. Meal 😉

A great hiking and excursion destination for young and old

My daughter celebrated her wedding in the Weinberg Lounge at the weekend. A fantastic, very stylish atmosphere with a great view and the best fillet of beef ever. Everything worked out 100%. Absolutely recommended and we will definitely make regular trips there in the future.

A trip just for the view worth the climb. Food was delicious. Service very friendly. The food was called out using a receipt number and you had to get it yourself. But as I said, the view alone is a dream.

A great place to enjoy. Ambience, view, cuisine... great. We walked up the forest adventure trail, ate, enjoyed the view and went back down the Philosopher's Path. A complete experience! Thanks to the team who had to sweat the most today at over 30°C!

Super pretty location with comfortable seating, good views and delicious food. The four of us had booked a barbecue package in a forest glass house and had a more than successful evening there. Our waiter Jonas, who accompanied our entire evening and supported us with his friendly, open manner, put the icing on the cake.

We had the BBQ in the forest glass house and it was great - from picking us up at the parking lot to the reception with aperitif to the meal including dessert. Jonas, who accompanied us throughout the evening, was very friendly and accommodating. The location alone is a highlight, but when the service is good and the evening goes by in a flash, everything goes right. Many thanks to Jonas for the great service and his open manner and many thanks to the chefs for the delicious food. We'll definitely be back :)

We went on a bike ride to the Heuchelberger Warte. When we got to the top we went to the beer garden and had very good food there, and the staff were all very friendly. Highly recommended to unwind for a while.
