Tuncay noticed my look and added with a grin, “Wait, I actually just got them out!” I sat down, trying to be polite, but the thought of that sausage coming straight out of Tuncay's underwear made lunch stick in my throat. The first bite confirmed my worst fears - the taste was as unpleasant as the smell. It was as if the sausage had spent years in a bag with him before it came to me.

Because everything was created very carefully to the point... and when asked, the Hessenhöfe were mentioned... that is of course a quality structure if the procurement method was chosen here with direct farm procurement and if you know how the rearing is.. . is of course a norm... which is already set too low. Service: This and especially the interaction in the team must also be addressed here... the salad including asparagus came first... you had a comfortable time there.... and then you could relax and serve. Then I took a look at the chef and saw what the boss is like a chef... Hans Jörg... you have to say everything is homemade... not out of the box respect... unfortunately the profile only allows these stars... .but there are special features of the team's process that, especially with 50 people, it's not easy to arrange everything in such a timely manner and have it available... which is extraordinary and something I've never seen before.
