The restaurant serves fantastic food. The harmony in the kitchen comes back on the plate. Everything was exactly how it is suposed to be, in balance, no short cuts. The famous schwäbisch potato salat was brilliant. I never had such a great one in a restaurant. Not too sour from vinegar, not too salty, right slized potato, “motzig”, and served on the right temperature. Great place, friendly folks
