Great service, super attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and homemade. We sat in the beer garden in beautiful weather; even our two dogs were no problem at all. Highly recommended.

Once again, we've returned home from a wonderful weekend and have already booked next weekend. Susanne and Vera are two truly wonderful and welcoming hosts. Beautiful location, above Alpirsbach and within easy reach of several excellent golf courses. The rooms are cozy and, like the entire house, furnished with many loving details. A wonderful, hearty breakfast and delicious à la carte meals are a must. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Sandra and Ralf

I stayed here for one night on a cycling tour and I'm thrilled! The friendly and personal service and the excellent cuisine are first-class. There's truly something for everyone here. I was able to enjoy a simple vegan meal. Everything was freshly prepared and extremely delicious. The rooms were rather simple, but functional, clean, and quiet, with a shady balcony. Thank you so much!

I spontaneously booked an overnight stay at the Landgasthof Kräuterhex' on my gravel tour through the Black Forest. The bike ride from Alpirsbach was challenging, but it was totally worth it in the end. A very lovingly run hotel. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. The many details make the difference...from the refrigerator with drinks in the hallway, snacks, a fantastic breakfast, but above all, the very accommodating and helpful owner. I'll definitely be back :)

The owners run the inn, two very nice women. I was treated very kindly and attentively. Everything is themed around witches, which is a pretty funny theme. I can understand why there was no buffet for breakfast; it's probably not worth it with so few rooms. The breakfast was still plentiful. A little tip for the owners: give guests a form in the evening asking what they'd like for breakfast. That would make things easier for you and more pleasant for them. Conclusion: I'd be happy to come back.

Since we didn't stay overnight, I can only mention the restaurant. We received a warm welcome and were informed that guests at the Kreuterhex are on a first-name basis. This creates a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.

We had an unforgettable confirmation there, and all of our guests were absolutely thrilled with the service and the quality of the food. We had a completely vegan buffet, and our special request for vegan spaetzle was even fulfilled. The price-performance ratio is also very good. We can recommend Kräuterhex without reservation. The decor is very beautiful, and the loving details demonstrate the passion that goes into it.

Everything was freshly prepared. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, no buffet was available. Nothing was left to be desired. 👍 Service was top-notch. It was truly delicious and highly recommended. But - you can't eat more than you'd eat. 🤣 We were absolutely stuffed, even at 11:30 a.m. We'll be back. The snack buffet offers a wide variety of salads. With freshly baked bread. And the salad and garlic sauce brought tears to my eyes. Awesome. 😁 On Sunday afternoons, there's even a small menu as an alternative.

Had a very good overnight stay in the Krätuerhex' with a very tasty and extensive breakfast.

Food very bad! We were the only guests. I don't think it's appropriate on Theresen's note saying "there are a dozen of us all." All in all, we were out of the store after 40 minutes. Really not recommended

We had dinner there today. Aside from the super friendly service, the food was also brilliant. You could really taste the fresh ingredients. The food and service were highly satisfactory from start to finish and we were definitely not here for the last time.

We were only here for dinner. Portions large. But unfortunately nothing special in terms of taste. The dumplings for the goulash were too salty and from the day before. We didn't like it and the ambience is boring.

I just stopped here for a beer. It was probably not open for business. The staff were busy, but they welcomed me. The young lady gave me a detailed and friendly explanation of the two types of beer. We were cycling and were looking for a beer garden for a cozy stop with food and drinks. Therefore we cannot say anything about the rooms on offer. The service was very nice and attentive. The food was very tasty and the portions were large enough. We'd love to come back

Super charming hotel and restaurant!! We loved our stay. The location is beautiful and quiet. A small town experience. Our room was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was nice. Everything was clean. Our dinner was really delicious. We had the Tagesmenü. The Petersillie Suppe was my favorite. The lady working there was so nice and took great care of us at checking in and out, breakfast and dinner. We will definitely be back!

It was a very nice stay in the Kräuterhex! The atmosphere is very nice and cozy, the food is excellent and the employees are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Absolute recommendation!

We went hiking and chilling in the Kräuterhex over the weekend. Vera and Susanne are definitely unique in their own way. The service was very courteous and attentive, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were good. There is a lot of love in the detail and the two put their heart and soul into it and let the guests feel it. We can only recommend the herbal hex. Great praise.

Small inn in the Black Forest. It's an old wooden house with creaky stairs and wooden floors. The rooms are quite large and furnished with love. However, the walls are rather thin. The bathroom is modern. There is a breakfast buffet every morning. Not big, but something for everyone: bread, rolls, cold cuts, muesli, fruit, cheese platter, jams and nut pasta cream. In addition, very tasty coffee specialties and warm ice cream dishes. In addition, always a sparkling wine or Prosecco if desired. If you're thirsty or hungry at night, there's a fridge and snacks at fair prices. Everything else is made with love. People are on first name terms and very friendly.

We went to the Kräuterhex for New Year's breakfast as we are on vacation in Alpirsbach. It was very tasty and the selection was great. Lots of homemade food and something for everyone (including vegan). You also immediately felt comfortable!

Íbamos de camino a Alpirsbach y fue la mejor decisión. Servicio muy bueno, una camarera muy agradable, comida típica alemana hecha en el momento y en un lugar rural y tranquilo. Definitivamente si buscas un lugar típico alemán, tranquilo para tomar una cerveza alemana del pueblo y comida excelente, este es el lugar. Recomendado.

Super nette Leute, eine junge Wirtin die mit Herz, Seele und Leidenschaft ihre Berufung ausübt. Tolle große saubere Zimmer mit Betten in denen man gefühlt wie auf Wolken schläft. Wir waren mit Freundinnen im Landgasthof Reutin essen und waren mehr als begeistert. Der Service war erstklassig und uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Originelle Küche schöner Biergarten mit Schatten

So sollte es, sehr schöne Zimmer. Super netter Service, Sehr schön gelegen. Frühstück ist ausreichend und reichhaltig. Kann ich wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Wir kommen zum dritten Mal nach Reutin und werden wieder kommen. Sehr nette und liebevolle Gastgeberinnen, sehr gutes, leckeres und frisches Frühstück, beim Auschecken kein Zeitdruck, sehr ruhig gelegenes Örtchen und entspannt, sehr sauber und liebevoll. Lecker und preisgünstig essen und das an idyllischem Ort.

Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und wird von den Inhaberinnen sehr herzlich geführt. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Der große Gastraum könnte noch etwas mehr Nischen und abgeschirmte Bereiche haben. Für Wanderer und Biker sicher eine super Adresse.

Wir ware zum 1. Mai Weisswurstfrühstück hier. Alles sehr lecker!!! Super-freundlicher Service!!! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Sehr, sehr nette Bedienung,super Essen große Auswahl es gibt sogar vegetarisch und veganes Essen. Schaut auf der Homepage es gibt auch noch super tolle Buffets. Der Landgasthof ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und sehr zu empfehlen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Was für ein schmakofatzes Geschmacks-Erlebnis! Wir hatten in einer Gruppe von 16 Personen das Vegane Buffet, es wurde immer ständig nachgeliefert und war von bester Qualität mit vielen geschmacklichen Highlights. Sehr netter und umsorgender Service! Große Empfehlung - jederzeit wieder!

Der Landgasthof Kräuterhex ist ganz besonders. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service, sehr leckeres Essen und himmlische Ruhe. Das Zimmer war toll, hatte einen Balkon, das Bad ist neu und modern. Der schöne Biergarten lädt zum Entspannen nach einer Wanderung ein. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Vor- Süppchen voll lecker. Der Salat, damit hätte ich nicht gerechnet.....mega lecker und mal mit was Anderem drauf, was sonst so der Standard her gibt. Die Hexkartoffeln waren zwar sehr gut, hätten aber etwas knuspriger sein können. Das ist aber mein persönlicher Geschmack. Das Chutney war mit Abstand das Beste was ich je gegessen habe. Der Kräuterquark war auch gut. Das Lachsfilet mit Kräuterkruste war leider kalt und nicht unbedingt "krustig", aber witziger Weise hat mir das auch so geschmeckt. Es wurde mir dann aber nochmal warm gemacht. Mein Mann fand schade, daß die Spätzle nicht selbst gemacht waren. Man sollte dann doch vielleicht auf frische Ware zurückgreifen und keine Trockenware benutzen. Sein Hirschbraten, nebst Soße und Preiselbeeren fand er super lecker. Alles in Allem.... wir haben keine Sterneküche erwartet und Fehler passieren nun einmal. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt und waren sogar etwas beschämt, daß uns die Getränke nicht berechnet worden sind. Danke nochmals dafür und auch für die nette und freundliche Bewirtung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Da hatte ich mehr Raffinesse bei den Speisen erwartet. Von Kräutern war nicht allzuviel zu sehen und zu schmecken. Eher gut bürgerlich und am Tag nach dem Ruhetag aufgewärmt bzw. TK. Schade. Für uns wird es keinen zweiten Besuch geben.

Wir wollten ein WE schnell weg. Die Kräuterhex war auf dem Schirm und einfach gebucht. Es war ein tolles Wochenende mit einer sehr liebevollen Betreuung und vollveganem Essen im Hotel. Und tollen Aussichten. Gern kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank

Wir waren heute zum Osterbuffet da und es war wunderbar! Das Buffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und mit frischen Zutaten liebevoll hergestellt. Es gab gleich mehrere, für mich neue und sehr leckere Komponenten, wie z. B. ein Kohlrabigemüse oder einen Selleriesalat mit Walnüssen oder Kalb in Bärlauchsoße. Alles war - obwohl wir später kamen - reichlich vorhanden und sehr gut warm. Es wurde immer sofort wieder aufgefüllt, wenn etwas zu Neige ging. Sogar auf unsere Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten wurde eingegangen und wir sind allesamt glücklich, satt und mit neuen kulinarischen Ideen nach Hause gegangen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
